Great class for MS and HS- they work on form, strength and agility. I’ve noticed a lot more endurance/strength in their primary sport of swimming. This is the second year they’ve attended the class and hope to attend again next year.

I have absolutely loved going to PT squared. I am receiving personal training to strengthen after having 2 neck surgeries. They have helped me so much and I have seen a lot of improvement! I feel like they are family from the time I walk in the door. I can’t say enough about this place! Highly recommend! ?

I have been with pt squared for 2 years now and have never been happier. I have joined other gyms before but never tuck with it, the coaches are amazing and so very helpful. They will show you theforms for each class and will help you with them. I love pt and would recommend it to anyone. They treat you like family because to the coaches you are!!

I’ve been so encouraged to start personal training here! The positive, personalized support offered makes me feel I can be successful to reach my fitness goals! It’s also so much more therapeutic an environment than your average big gym! I feel supported to succeed where I’m at at this stage in my healing/fitness journey. The cute little goldendoodle Luna also adds to the charm of this great Collierville gym. I’m so glad we found this place!

When I started at PT Squared, I had no confidence or motivation to help myself. Almost 2 years and 35 pounds later, these coaches helped me get to a place where I know how to manage my diet and help myself feel the best I can. They are some of the most encouraging and genuine people and you will never feel anything but supported in this gym!

As an avid golfer moving into my senior years I knew it was time to improve my overall physical condition and hopefully do it in a way that improved my golf game. PT-Squared fit the bill to a tee (no pun intended). My trainer Michael has prepared a workout regimen that meets all my needs but with many exercises targeted at the golf swing. I’ve lost weight, feel better and stronger, and my handicap index has dropped 2 1/2 points since I started! Highly recommended!

Everyone should come and try PT2! They offer awesome group fitness classes as well as personal training sessions. Both are challenging and great in their own way. The staff is so kind and knowledgable. Not only do you get a great workout but you are also learning about nutrition, stretching, and ways to optimize your health. I have seen amazing results in the year that I've been a member!

The variety of classes attracted me to PT2. The people are what keeps me there. The members are friendly and welcoming. The trainers take time to get to know you personally and are happy to answer questions or offer modifications. The class sizes are small enough that everyone can have individual attention when they need it. Personal training will challenge you physically and mentally in a fun environment.The staff values continuing education and enjoys sharing their knowledge.We have all ages and fitness levels - come have fun with us!

I started at PT2 in May of 2016 with these ladies. We did group personal training. I was getting in shape for my son’s wedding. See photo from wedding.I have trained with various trainers and taken classes through these almost 6 years and have found a second family as a bonus.Being consistent with my workouts has enabled me to stay active with my 5 grandchildren and helped me stay on track with my diet and mental health.I love the personal attention and am thankful for the friendships I have made during these many years. I’m a PT2 lifer!!

If you are looking to change your lifestyle and wellness then PT2 is the place to help you accomplish those goals. When I started attending classes here I was the heaviest I've been at 263 pounds and over the course of 2+ years, I'm down to 217 and physically healthier than I've ever been. I'm stronger and feel like a different person. If your looking to change your life then it takes more than just showing up to a "big brand fitness" gym to lift weights. It takes a mixture of cardio, weights, and core which is why I love PT2.

Great coaches. Very personalized training. They give you everything: nutrition training, goals, encouragement, follow up, etc. This is a great place to get in shape, make friends and feel at home.
