I've been renting with them since June 2022 and it's not going great. The rent is constantly going up. It went up 3 times since I first got the unit. I've got the climate controlled unit but NOTHING about it is climate controlled. It is always hot in the unit. the thermostat is set on 80 degrees until no air is flowing at all.
Also, there is no one ever in the building to talk to. There are dead bugs like wasps, roaches and mosquitos on the floor. The rent it going up, yet not is being upkept. It's a mess.

For a 5x10 unit, the smallest unit, I was paying $35 originally with simply storage. When it changed to public storage it went up to 60. It increased again to $75. Now it sits at $85 per month for the SMALLEST unit! Do not use this company. They will rob you.

The app was easy as can be. The attendant at the office was very helpful and kind. I am new to the area,so she was extremely helpful in filling me in on the whereabouts of the neighborhood. I am very satisfied with my decision on this storage. Thank again Ms. Jessica

Due to a delay in our move-in date I had to find multiple units quickly. Marcus was fantastic to work with. Not only did he help me with the most economical way to book the units but he called me to follow up to make sure I was aware of next steps so I could move my belongings in the next morning.

They are charging me double the price agreed upon and the advertisement says almost half cheaper then I am paying I will fix this when they hold up to there end of checking out how to fix this
