They used to be a good place to go to but lately haven’t been doing the work you are paying for..
Things like brake checks and tire rotation just don’t get done.. but they will state it was, and then the front staff just come up with excuses to get you to leave.
Knowing they lied about tire rotations and brake checks, because none of my tires moved and have the same pressures as before- I’ve lost trust in them and worried they didn’t even do the oil change…
It’s very frustrating to see this place lose good service..

Honestly I was there for the works package and I’m at the point after being there for 3 hours and seeing the tech who took my car back eat a sandwich. I don’t believe the tire rotation was even done since I have one tire that was lower then the rest and they were all the same psi in the same spot. I approached them about it they claimed I just had to drive it for a bit. Needless to say trust is gone and wouldn’t recommend going unless you can physically see them doing the job

First time visiting quick lane here after I moved from other state, it Open at 7 am, no appointment need it just walk in, staff is friendly and the most important service was fast.

Great staff and quick service. I was impressed with Ronald Johnson. I am a door dasher and I had a issue with my car I went to him and he made the 1st available person to look at my car and resolve quickly so that I'm back on the road to work. Understood he is a good person with empathy and helping nature just wanted to thank him and it made my day and filled with lot of positivity for the entire day.

Quick Lane Collierville has been my go to for years with all of my F150s and service has always been great. However, my last visit was terrible. I went for a routine service called the "works" and was told that they could not rotate my tires. When I asked why, I was told because they were not the stock tires and wheels for the truck. Mind you, I have been putting Mickey Thompson tires on my trucks for many years and the wheels were just darker standard size wheels. When inquiring further, I was only told this is policy. I asked more questions and told the gentleman I needed to know where to direct my complaint and if this was company policy or just Landers Collierville. He told me it was only their policy but he would make an exception this time. I informed him I have been using this Quicklane for 15 years and never had this problem. He just stated it's a new policy.Don't waste your time at this business. Autonation Ford at Wolfchasehas been absolutely outstanding since I started using their services and they don't have made up policies.Services: Tires

no appointment when I went in , place was very busy , staff was friendly, could use a few more seats in waiting area but space is small , most people were dropping off vehicle and where coming back later ,overall very satisfied with service I got today. Will go back .

Very disappointed!We have used Landers Ford Quick Service for years. Recently, the quality of service has declined. On our last visit in September for an oil change we requested that the rear passenger tire be patched due to a slow leak. We were told that the tire could not be patched and needed to be replaced. Given that they did not have the correct tire stocked they said one would be ordered and we would hear in a few days. WE NEVER HEARD BACK FROM THEM. When we called- the tire had never been ordered. We ended up having the tire replaced at another service center.On our visit yesterday, we waited for several hours for a 10,000 mile oil change and service. The car was in service for less than 20 minutes once it was pulled in. THE OIL CAP WAS LEFT OFF AND OIL SPRAYED ALL OVER THE ENGINE and the tires were not rotated, per the 10,000 service. And due to a staff luncheon, no one was available to answer questions about the service.Service: Oil change

I went in on Saturday 3/12/22 to get my oil changed, tires rotated etc. The lug nuts on the front passenger side were not tightened up. Two of them were not put back on or they came off because of how loose they were. The problem was noticed the next morning when it felt like the tire was wobbling. Luckily I only live about 2 miles from Landers if I had to get on the expressway someone could have been killed! I paid $136 for this service and had to go buy a pack of lug nuts from autozone.
