Asked people in my area for recommendations for front alignment. After driving 45 minutes to get there it was the best decision I could have made. Workmanship was excellent, mechanics fantastic, cost was worth every penny. Highly recommend!Hard to find places you can trust these days.

Make sure you have anything you're considering looked at by a mechanic. I bought a Jeep Liberty that I later found out had a bad engine, $10k estimate by local mechanic. To be fair, they did take the Jeep back and gave me a refund. Would recommend getting a CarFax, shows a lot more info than AutoCheck. I would recommend that you do your homework.

I wish I could give more then 5 stars because this dealership DESERVES IT!!! I am soooo thankful I went to Regal Autos and met JEFF WARD. I purchased a beautiful 2002 Toyota 4runner last week and Mr. JEFF has restored my faith in purchasing from used car salesmen. Since last week the 4runner had the check engine light come on and instead of saying (like MOST do) it was my problem now since I paid cash AS IS, let me tell you Jeff immediately said bring it to me. He honored his word and has been SO KIND and supportive. Let me clarify about the minor issue as well, Jeff told me about the issue BEFORE I bought it but thought it was fixed and when it wasn't he FIXED IT at his cost and even put me in a loaner SUV while he had mine repaired!!!! Trust me people, if your reading this trying to decide to give Regal Auto a chance DO IT! Ask for JEFF WARD, you definitely won't be disappointed. Thank you again Mr Ward, I will forever be grateful for your honesty and dedication.

I've come here several times for tune-ups, questions about my car, etc. Jeff and Sam are best. They are honest, trustworthy and kind. If you are in the market for a new vehicle or need to have your current one serviced, these are the guys to call. So happy I found them.

Please be careful here! Have a mechanic look it over first. I got the car 3 months ago and it's been nothing but problems. The check engine light came on the first week I had it. Then, it started sputtering and stalling. It would die if I waited too long at a light. We took it to have diagnostic tests run on it. Apparently a sensor was the issue. We took it to a local mechanic who didn't want to deal with it because "it was a host of problems, not just the sensor." We finally found someone to work on it for $250 plus the price of the sensor. It drove okay, not great, for a week. Now it feels like the transmission is slipping, and I don't think it's going to last much longer and I just got a new job 25 miles away. That car isn't suitable to drive around town. When I got it, there were cockroaches in the cup holder, half eaten french fries and burgers under the back seat, either vomit or a milkshake spilled and hidden by mats. It's taken months to get the disgusting smell out of it and a faint sour nicotine smell blows out of the vents. Also, there is a HUGE discrepancy in the mileage. It's 50,000 over what was on the title. They had loaned it out or let employees use it. Something doesn't make sense here. I know there's nothing I can do in my situation. I'm just screwed and out of the money and pretty soon out of a car. So I'll be in worse shape than I was before. It's devastating. I want to save someone else this hell I'm going through because either an idiot or an evil person decided this garbage was suitable to sell for FAR more than it's worth. Please go somewhere else.
