I had to takeoff work just to come over here because the regions Zelle transfer process locked me out for no reason whatsoever. After I waited for 15 minutes for the guy to write up a basic ticket, he told me I had to wait 24 hours to be contacted by Zell. If you guys don’t know how to use Zell then you don’t need to work with it.

Arrive at 4:25. They are open til 4:30. Door is locked and guy inside sees me and signals they are closed. I get being ready to go but that’s just laziness. Just needed to cash a check. Would’ve been gone by 4:30. Now I get to go use my lunch break today to do it. Always an issue with Regions. Particularly this branch.

Came to the ATM at 2:45. I was trying to deposit some cash into my bank account. I knew that I had some new printed bills so I did a few at a time instead of the norm. As I’m trying to insert more money! The ATM starts to give me my money back. Not even even half of the amount I inserted into the machine was given back to me. There was no one I could call for help b/c the bank is closed not even an ATM number. I stayed at the ATM for about 20mins trying to decide what all I could do & the lady that pulled up behind me. Stated that this has happened to her as well. So fair warning… do NOT use this location’s ATM for depositing money! This has ruined my whole weekend and now I risk the chance on paying late fees for important bills. I will update my review once the issue has been resolved.

I arrived at 5:10pm today (Friday the 20th of August) only to be told they are closed. Online hours say 9-6, but I guess they don’t care. Glad I do not bank here. I was only coming to cash a check that was drawn on Regions. I wouldn’t bank here if it were the last place on earth.

This was my bank, then my new bank and now my old bank while still being a new bank at this new location or still new to me. A confusing statement so let me explain LOL Back in the early 90's, I owned a couple of computer stores before I sold out the big corporations (if you can't beat 'em .... & I couldn't beat 'em) I had Regions as my personal bank but dumped them for my business because they weren't very business-friendly, in my opinion, at the time. I eventually dumped them altogether because there were just too many screw-ups with my checking, debit & other accounts, they were a mess. I got an account here because it was the only one around that had branches where my kids were, but now that they're both in Pittsburgh I found the best bank for locations both here and there. (PNC) Once again I quickly became disenchanted, wait that's too kind, frustrated with the personnel, practices, charges and overall experience at Regions. So I gladly left these bloated corporate money changers in the dust. Bottom line: Terrible bank. Full stop.

I had overdrafts from 3 transactions because my direct deposit didn’t post until after midnight. My fault, but over $100 in fees is excessive considering my paycheck is actually “pending”. The CSR that “helped” me, Eric, made no effort to look into my situation. I later called corporate and they waved the fees after looking into my acct history. Almost closed my acct today. Sorry to bother you, Eric. Keep up the good work.
