We have banked with Renasant for 12 years and after 3 separate (major) issues, we will be moving to another bank. They are not helpful, the afterhours line is a joke, and if you have a problem, good luck in getting it resolved quickly. I should have switched after the first problem with them but I incorrectly assumed they would help since we have been loyal. They don't care about the customer and I would NEVER recommend this bank to anyone.

Banks hours posted until 5PM but won’t let you make any large deposit after 4PM.

I reciently had a problem with my account. There was an unauthorized charge made to it where a company grossly overcharged me for an online order. Where it was 4x the amount then what the site listed it for. So one of the tellers. One of the bank staff pulled up my account and found the charge I was grossly overcharged for they also found a 2nd unauthorized from them. Which they also froze & they deactivated my card on the spot. They replaced my card the same day & I didn't have to drive to another location to get a new card. I'm glad they offer that as I don't like to wait 7-10 business days for a new card to come into the mail. I found the staff friendly & helpful at resolving my dilemma on my bank account. I use a lot of other banking services here. They are also swift on taking care of my withdrawl & deposit transactions. I never had to wait no longer then 10 minutes when they were busy. Five minute wait time on a weekday when lines were slower. Weather doing my banking inside or drive thru.

I've been banking with Renasant for 11 years and will not go anywhere else!! I've never been so pleased with customer service and the efficiency of a business than I have with Renasant. The staff is ALWAYS friendly and they go above and beyond to help you with anything that needs to be taken care of. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this bank!!!

My daughter was turned down by two other banks for refinancing her house. Renasant Bank gave her a refinance loan at a very low interest for 15 years. I was very pleased with Renasant and would recommend them to anyone.
