Went in to find a perfect fragrance for my mother’s birthday. Moment I stepped in the store everyone welcomed me and offered assistance! April was the lady to help me. She was extremely professional and truly went above and beyond. Thank you to the Collierville location for giving me a great shopping experience from the moment I opened the door.

I had an amazing experience at Sephora Collierville, and I have to give a huge shoutout to the store manager! Their professionalism, knowledge, and kindness truly set the tone for the entire store. They go above and beyond to make sure every customer feels valued and heard, whether it’s helping with product recommendations, addressing concerns, or simply creating a welcoming atmosphere.
The staff here is fantastic—friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist without being pushy. The store is well-stocked, clean, and organized, making shopping an absolute pleasure. It’s clear that the manager leads by example, and their passion for beauty and customer service shines through.
If you're looking for a top-tier Sephora experience, this location is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be back!

Bayleeeee was incredible! I took a make up lesson from her and it was intricately detailed and well taught! She was very patient w me even though it wasn’t a long process… I genuinely love the experience I have everytime I visit and she is in store. Just love love love it. Definitely

Walked in here looking for the mascara my daughter wanted, no one spoke or offered assistance. They all stood around chatting then when a white lady walked in they all instantly offered her assistance. I won’t be going back to this location.

Not the friendliest at all. I went to pick up and order and it was hard to get assistance. When I asked, it seemed to be an inconvenience for them. I work hard for mine and I like to know my business is appreciated at these types of stores.

There was no greeting or help that was initiated at this location. I was going to just leave without buying anything after I had to shade match myself and my mother. This was not a good experience. So sad.
