My wife and I went in the store on November 20th to look for a couch and chair for our new home. We found exactly what we were looking for and even waited 20 minutes to verify that they had our entire order or at least some in their warehouse location. We were told that there was a chair and ottoman in the warehouse that was tagged for us and that the couch would have to be the floor model. We immediately paid cash for all three pieces and a sold tag was put on the couch before we left. The sales person gave us the name of the person that they used for delivery and everything was set up for deliver the next day. Well fast forward today and the sales person called us back to let us know that due to some sort of "error" that the chair and ottoman in the warehouse was already sold and the floor model chair and ottoman sold today. They did refund the amount of the chair and ottoman and simply said sorry.

Visited the store on Saturday 10/17/20. My husband and I were searching for a sofa we had seen a few days earlier. We inquired about the sofa and were told it was sold and that they had more on order. The female salesperson (the owner's sister) advised us that she had sofas similar to the one we wanted, so we took a look at what she had. Unfortunately, none of her suggestions worked for us. When we told her that we were not interested in her suggestions she mocked us!! So unprofessional and unfortunate for this store! We will not go back.

Great store. Lots of lovely, unique items. Almost always find a beautiful gift for myself or others. A tad more expensive than some others but it's locally and individually owned. These are the shops I want to support.

Don't be fooled by the beautiful overpriced products. The store owners are venomous if you even slightly inconvenience them. Forget about returning ANYTHING. If you ask their opinion on what pieces look good together they roll their eyes. If they hate dealing with people THAT much, why own a store at all? We ordered two matching lamps and the lamp shades didn't match when we picked them up. Asked if they could work with us on getting a matching pair (when you spend that much on a lamp, you want them to be what you pay for!) and instead we got our head bitten off. Rude, snobby, and tone deaf to their customers needs.
