I was on the board to get my hair cut by Ashley and it said 12 minutes so I set there and then a guy walks in off the street and goes back and talks to Ashley then in a few minutes I look at the board and this got got put in front of me so I didn’t say anything when it got down to 10 minutes of time for me to get a hair cut a man asked when was Ashley going to cut his hair and another stylist said oh your with Candace he said but I wanted Ashley and pointed at her so that stylist said oh I’ll change it to Ashley so that put me back to 40 minutes !
Not happen today or ever again you just lost 3 customers that had been going there for years !

Very dissatisfied went in as a walk-in and signed in. Was set for 45 minutes after an hour still showing 35 minute wait .have things to do other than watch others walk in sign in and go before me. No intentions of going back

I was just a walk in, no HELLO or a greeting. Place was packed but had at least 8 barbers, in 30 minutes 4 barbers disappeared ? It still went extremely fast. I received a very good 5 minute haircut, was very pleased, forgot her name.. I would definitely go back as I have many times before...

First time I had been to this location. I was greeted by Danielle. She asked did I have anyone in Particular to cut my hair and I said no, and she took me right on back Set me down and Started cutting my hair. I am a 80 year old man that did not only get a great haircut I had a great conversation with Danielle. Younger people these days don’t have much in common with the older person and therefore don’t have time to even talk to them or be around them but not Danielle She is fantastic. If you need a great haircut And enjoy carrying on a conversation, you must choose Danielle For your next haircut

First and last time going there and I didn't even get a haircut. I walk in and Danielle asks me to sign in but you have to use your phone number. I politely said I'd rather not put my phone number in, privacy is important to me, and that's where little miss rude came out, even talking bad about me to her customer she was giving a haircut to. If you go, stay away from Danielle at the Collierville location. Rude little girl.
