From the minute I called after seeing the car on the website of Sunrise Chevrolet on Houston Levee. I fell in love. I called and spoke to Wendy. She referred me to Justin. I made an appointment to come see him the next day he had everything ready. The car was waiting, we drove it around and I fell in love, some more even though I didn’t think it was possible, with the car that is lol . He was absolutely wonderful. Everyone was great there. It was like being in a beehive everybody was buzzing around helping all the customers. They did the paperwork the financing gentleman was polite and knowledgeable. I was in and out it was a great experience if you want to go and buy a car and be so giggly with your purchase that you’re dancing on air on your way out the door go to Sunrise, Chevrolet on Houston levee in collierville ask for Justin McGee the best salesman anybody could ask for. Awesome experience! I worked with a Sales rep (Clayton) while my car was being serviced. I was able to test drive a car that I reviewed online, and ended up purchasing an upgraded version.

I had previously wrote a review about Sunrise Chevrolet Buick on Houston Levee after I have been calling, talking, trying to give SUNRISE CHEVROLET HOUSTON LEVEE the benefit of the doubt. IF YOU PURCHASE FROM THERE MAKE SURE THAT YOU ARE NOT BEING SOLD A LEMON LIKE I WAS ON MY 2025 CHEVROLET TRAX THAT THE AIR CONDITIONER IS NOT WORKING, IT NEEDS A EVAPORATOR COIL WITH 1,675 MILES. SUNRISE CHEVROLET ON HOUSTON LEVEE IS THE FACE AND THE MARKETING FOR GMC. I WILL NOT BE SILENT UNTIL I MY CAR IS REPLACED OR FIXED. I WILL NOT GIVE SUNRISE CHEVROLET HOUSTON LEVEE OR GMC ANOTHER DIME. DON'T GET TRICKED

After buying my 2020 Camaro from here, within a 3 weeks the car stopped working. I took it to a different Chevrolet and found out that the car had a broken cylinder.

I came from out of town to buy a specific vehicle. Issa met me on site early - he was was well-prepared, had the paperwork ready, extremely friendly, good attitude and knowledgeable of the process. He, along with Mike in financing, made a stressful process easy and enjoyable. Would highly recommend the dealership to others and specifically those who helped me make the deal quick and painless. 10/10 rating.

Went looking to buy a car and Hubert Blanton was recommended. He was such a great help. They didn't have what I was looking for at that time but a week later he called me and said they had a car for me. I left there happy with my new used car!

Doing business here was a great experience. The moment I rolled on the lot someone was already at my aid. There were many people who ensured I was well taken care of, but my god-send was a sales associate named Nautica Cook who ensured everything was to my liking and comfortability. Jeff Holland was great to work with and it seems as if the vehicle is running correctly. I know there was a system-wide outage, and they worked diligently to try to get around that and get my vehicle back as quickly as possible. The team was professional and never became frustrated with my questions.
