Came here for a rear windiw replacement and door body repair. The staff was great! Very friendly and helpful. Quoted us a date of completion and finished 2 days early!

My daughter hit a deer. I was worried about what it was going to cost. They gave me a number of options in an attempt to find a price I was comfortable spending on the car. Ended up replacing the door with a used one. Perfect match. There are some other details about the situation but I mainly just want to say that these guys went above and beyond! I hope I dont have to come back but if I have a need I'll absolutely use them again.

+ The shop did a fantastic job on the damage. I could not make out if there was even a problem with the car.+ The car was cleaned from the inside as well. Had I known, I would have cleared the mess I had inside. The car looked brand new from the inside, besides where I had left lose receipts etc.- The final cost estimate was 10% higher than the original estimate- The time estimate was 70% higher than the original estimate. They did not call back even though I was promised a call back once the job was done. The vehicle was declared ready only once I called. So you may need to keep a check on that.

Wow! Service like this just doesn’t exist anymore. I set up an appointment a week ago to have my wife’s grille on her Acadia looked at for an estimate. When I get there Steve comes out to take a look at it and asks me if he can take it back to the shop for a second to take a look at it. Sure I said. Not 5 minutes later he drives it back up front and it’s fixed! He was able to get it back in place in 5 minutes! Not only that he didn’t charge me anything!?!?! If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. I can’t thank you all enough and know where I will be going and/or recommending people I know to go with the their body repair needs.

Excellent job. They are friendly, funny, and do a wonderful job. Amy, Josh, Jerry, and the rest of the staff helped my repair move smoothly. Jason always does his job to the best anyone could ask for. Highly recommend them to anyone.

Horrible experience! Would not recommend to anyone. Very shady place. Car returned in worse condition than when they received it. They do not answer the phone. I had to call many times to get updates on what was happening with car and adjustment. They never once called me first. Very unprofessional. Notice there are no recent reviews of this place. Not sure if it has undergone new management or what, but they are anything but “superior”.Services: Body & Trim
