“I didn't have a reservation and I needed a U-Haul truck on the fly. I've never rented a trip before so it was my first time. The employees there were amazing. The answered all my questions and were very patient with me. They worked with me on getting a truck even though I didn't have a reservation. Whenever I need a U-Haul again I am going back to this location. As long as I live in Memphis then I will continue to go there for service.

“I had a reservation with uhaul @11:00 to rent a moving van.. uhaul didn't honor my reservation.. I called penske at 11:15 and came right over and got truck with NO PROBLEM !!! From now on I will rent penske never the clown show uhaul again ! Thank you penske YOU SAVED THE DAY !!!”

Both the person who helped us reserve the 10' truck and the person onsite that finished our rental were great to work with. Everything was great with the truck and check out was very easy.”
“They were great in the beginning. However, when I turned the car back in I was charged $120 in extra fees that they can't explain to my satisfaction. But the staff at check out were exceptional. Also, when I turned the car back in early, the attendant had a nit on the door. She said she would be back in 15 minutes. She was not friendly at all. The Airport location was great. The Germantown Parkway location was terrible.”
