I rented a 20” Truck but they didn’t have it ready, they weren’t there in the office and when I made the reservation they told they were going to hand over the keys. Do not rent here.

Worst uhaul experience ever! I've moved several times over last few years... This business sucks. They will find any way to charge you extra. Even though I filled the tank and left it clean, they charged me 60$for "parking in the wrong spot" I didn't block the gate, and it was the only space on the property that could accommodate a truck W trailer, without blocking all other trucks. The place is filthy. Never use the bathroom. They do not care about customer service at all . They want every dime they can get from you. They have lost my business for good.
