Because no matter how busy the store is, you are greeted when you walk in. The service is always prompt, and courteous. The staff of what we used to refer to in the service industry as A's in their places.

Really like to share why I'm giving this door five they deserve it every bit of the five stars busy as can be but helpful working hard all of them. Compared to the Olive Branch store which has no customers most of the time and still get crappy service these people were busting their butts and Collierville and I appreciate that. Even as busy as the store was the store was still clean and the manager should be proud of theirselves!

I am here at this location at approximately 6:15pm on 12/09/24. This place is closed, yet online it states that this location closes at 6:30pm. Either one or two things need to happen....update the time or stop lying.

We had a change of plans at work and needed a print job completed sooner than we had anticipated. I called the store first to see if they could do what I was needing. Zack immediately answered my questions and when I got to the store, he was extremely patient and helped me figure out what I needed to do. I’m looking forward to seeing the end result!
