It was good. However, it seems that the employees need some customer service lessons. I understand people have crazy attitudes, but we in the customer service industry have to maintain our positive attitude.

They steal packages. Beware of dropping your package inside the drop off box. They knows no one can harm them within the USPS department, so all employee works there behave rude and perform unethical activities. There is one way to get them fire is to file a petition to remove them from this location.

My first positive experience at the post office. My package was lost and the main USPS number didn't help me(said there wasn't anything they, or my post office, could do and that they would email me if they figured it out...). Despite that, I decided to just go in. Explained the tracking email I got, and the worker was as perplexed as I was(it was a weird email, I had never seen a delivery email like that) BUT her answer was that she was going to try and figure it out(not the "there's not much I can do" line that I just kept getting).. She spent 10 minutes looking through things, going in the back, coming back out front, and then going back to try and figure it out. She eventually found it and made my day. I have had prior post office workers just say the usual there is "nothing" they can do, as well as not even go look to try and figure it out. Definitely appreciated the effort. She also actually seemed to care and had some empathy. Good change of pace for the post office.

It is actually laughable. Couldn’t be worse. Whatever question, in every way…literally could not be worse. Very sad.

I came early Monday morning and an African American dark skinned lady with glasses, and dreads or twist was very rude, not willing to help, and didn’t thoroughly explain the tracking information at all. Needs better customer service and attitudes.

Such a refreshing positive experience at the Collierville post office. I'm glad they have new smiling people that make you happy to go to the piat office. I had to go out of my way for a different location before due to the horrible previous employee.

Having lived in TX, CA, NY, and now, TN - I can day without a doubt that Collierville USPS IS THE WORST P.O. in my many years of being a USPS customer. The sheer rudeness and apathy of the staff is disgusting. Don't bother to get there at opening time to beat the rush. They may have unlocked the doors, but, you'll wait 20-30 minutes for one of them to come to the counter and serve you. Yes, they'll saunter back and forth, carrying on inane conversations with co-workers, but they will completely ignore you requests to be served. Disgusting. This is a systemic problem at this branch, and it starts with the no-good management.

Colierville is a beautiful town with good schools and ethnicity. However, if there is one thing sticks out that stink is this USPS location and all staff who run this place. Lazy motha fokkas. We should file petition to shut this place down or get rid off those lazy tards. I highly recommend to go to Pattons Computer store where they have USPS service with much better staff and top notch quality service.

Lazy, slobby, waste-of-blood sustaining life of empty souls. You can smell the idle sloths when you walk in, as they refuse to say hi, let you stand for 10’s-20’s of minutes while they file nails, talk on/watch cell phones, or complain about the last customer in earshot without ever letting you come forward to check out. You can’t fix the amount of toxicity rampantly oozing throughout the pores of that place. You’d have to fire all at the front and start over. One good person working there is immediately run off by aggressive, angry, evil peers. No doubt leadership is afraid of them.

The reviews for this post office and employees speak for themselves. There are some people in this world who get pleasure in treating strangers with hate and contempt. It doesn’t matter how nice you are to them, there goal is to belittle people with glee. These employees have been working this job for decades. I know this because there are times you must come to this branch and not Pattons. I’m sure they look favorably on the reviews steering people to pattons. It’s less for them to do, not that they do much of anything. They feel untouchable because they basically are. Any private sector company would be closed if they had reviews like this. I honestly feel sorry for them because I’m sure their daily attitude isn’t left at the desk when they leave. If they can treat total strangers with such anger for any minuscule legitimate request, can you imagine how they treat their kids or neighbors when a actual problem occurs. Just know that if there is any way possible for them to get out of any request you make then they will not only do so but do it in a fashion to punish you for trying. At the end of the day, it’s a choice to be evil or good, and evil is honestly not a stretch in this office. If you are reading this, then you probably have already experienced it. Take the time to one star them even if you don’t share. I’m sure it won’t make a difference but at least your experience can be documented.

Thought it was going to be a rough morning because of all the bad reviews I read before I came in. However, Pam was wonderful. She took great care of us and we got in and out in no time for a passport application. She was friendly and very polite. Thank You Very much Pam for providing us with such Great Service.

6 stalls. Only 2 workers! They laughed ? at me when I asked for my package! Told me to my face don’t have s anything sent here. Use the ups store! My package was stolen by an employee that the amazon person handed it to. Worst post office ?I have ever been in!! Worthless! I would give zero if I could! Absolute trash!!! ?
