I arrived at the Victra Verizon store under duress. My husband's phone was not working properly. He had just gotten out of the hospital following a stroke and inpatient rehab. He uses his phone to check his blood glucose level. I was preparing to leave town the following morning! I had to have a fuctioning phone for him! And I had a million things to do! I had prayed I would find someone who would be understanding and helpful and He sent me MATTHEW! He helped me every step of the way until we had everything set up and he did it very quickly! His coworker was also very pleasant and helpful. They work well together her! Thanks, guys, for helping this not tech savy
customer out bigly!

Naya did an excellent job with me and my wife. Very Very knowledgeable and works in an efficient manner. We could easily see that excellent Customer Service was Naya only goal.

Devon is so wonderful. I had been to the store several times trying to get a new phone. Some issues verizon problem, some were my own. Devon was patient, understanding, knowledgeable, kind. He turned what is usually a horrible experience into an actual pleasure. He will be my personal verizon concierge!!

I had a bad experience at this location. I was having issues with outgoing and incoming calls with my phone. The sales associate immediately tells me I need a new phone and begins her pushy sales tactics. After purchasing a new sim card that didn't fix the issue, I was told purchasing a new phone would be my only option. I went to the store at 5323 Poplar (5 stars) where more attention was put on fixing my phone. Another sim card was installed properly and my phone is working again. BEWARE of shady sales tactics at this location(3592 S Houson Levee Rd).

Employee took my phone on a trade in. It was never mailed to Verizon on their end. It’s magically missing. Been 5 months with no response. They tell me Verizon is responsible to fix this problem when they have the phone last. Verizon says it’s not there problem.
Highly recommend going somewhere else unless you want to pay $1000 extra for your new phone since they will steal yours.
