I dealt with Versatube Building Systems back in the fall of 2021. It was an absolute nightmare on the small building that we put up. I've been 54 years in the construction business and never have dealt with such an inept company. Do yourself a huge favor and scroll down to the next company, it's impossible that they would be worse than Versatube Building Systems. Rather than enumerate all the problems just read all the single star reviews which will tell you what it's like dealing with them.

Building was as quoted and drawing. Shipped on time, packaged very well, good quality, no parts missing, easy to assemble instructions. Very impressed with the 12 x 36 x 12 ft high "Camper shelter" I purchased. Would recommend and buy from them again.

My steel building was missing frame pieces and sheet metal after confirming with support that our order was correct. Poor customer service all around and no attempt to compensate me for their mistake.

Spend the extra and build a barn. The metal going the wrong way leaks, the gasket they provide is junk. From the initial purchase to install this is the worst purchase I've ever made. Customer service is a joke.

Total rip off! I ordered a 20‘ x 20‘ carport and when I ordered it I told them that it would have to be delivered by a small truck not a semi truck like they told me because the semi truck wouldn’t make it up to my property. After a week I was called by the trucking company and told that a semi would be delivering my carport. When I asked what they meant by semi they said a semi truck and I told them a semi truck would not fit on my property. When I contacted versa two they told me for another $500 they would deliver it on a smaller truck after telling them that’s not what we agreed on when I first ordered the building they said I can return it with a 35% restocking fee. This is where the situation is at right now , they were not honest when I told them a semi truck could not deliver it up to my property but they allowed me to pay for it anyways and then they wanted to charge me another $500 to deliver it a different means.

I went with them because of their shit in 10 days. They didn't ship for 20 days no o one knew why and then freight took another 2weeks. If you need it fast as I did don't rely on it. I love in Oregon it shipped from idaho imagine if it's further

Heather and Morgan are useless. They lie and don't make things right. Tried to cancel and they want you to pay a restocking fee. Their shipping supplier is worse than them. Do NOT use this company!!

I ordered a Classic carport 24'x20'x8' from VersaTube, that cost over $3000. The order arrived in a timely manner, so there was no problem there. The problem was when I filed for the permit, I was told I needed a stamped engineer plan. I called VersaTube to ask about this and was told that it could take 41 days at a cost of $700. I know this company is aware of the laws in each state and should include this plan in the package price. I live in ******* and just wanted to make people aware, so they don't have a hunk of metal in their yard for two months before it can be put together.

Hello all! I'm up here in New Hampshire. I added a versa tube carport to my yard. I upgraded for snow and wind. Worth every penny. 24 foot wide x 20 will fit 3 cars. It is built like a tank. Quality of fittings. The quality of the screws etc. ?!! Salesman Jeremy Klein was excellent! He helped us from begining to end. The parts were delivered on time. 2 separate packages. All delivered undamaged and loaded where I wanted them w a forklift. The town inspector was impressed as well. He said "oh I've never seen one like this before". Ya ur all set. BUILT in the USA! For convenience and price. Can't be beat. A garage would have cost me 10 to 15 times as much. Pride of putting it together myself. Every part fit. No remanufacturing parts to make them fit. Very very impressive carport. Very strong metal. Thanks guys who made it. Love the old fashion method that the CUSTOMER MATTERS!! Thanks guys who built mine as well. It was custom for higher roof, and wind load 50 psf and 120 wind. Greatly Appreciated! The only thing the town inspector wanted was a back up plan and I think we went over kill with duck bill brand anchors for added security. Sorry guys...I didn't mean to advertise for others here. ? Happy to have it done before snow! No more car covers! Merry Xmas to me!!!

The customer service at Versatube came through for me. A few days after I ordered my carport, there was a significant price reduction across the board, at Versatube. A couple of emails later, they agreed to adjust my price to the new lower price. And then, it appeared that there had been an error in the pricing of my custom design, from the beginning. Again, Versatube agreed to adjust the price in my favour. I have completed the assembly of my carport, and just have to add the purlins and sheeting (which I supplied) to complete my project. I had only a couple of minor gripes during the build; one with order of assembling the knee brace supports and another with the centre peak truss bracket attachment. But I was able to work them out by speaking with Mike Bond, at Versatube. Overall, I am very happy with the product and even happier with the new, lower price. Thanks Versatube!
