“We had the most AMAZING experience. Our sweet dog of 14 1/2 years had to be suddenly put down. For reasons not stated, her primary vet was unavailable. So we were referred to Kelsey Canine Medical Center by a sweet friend. Our dog was essentially declining as she had taken a turn for the worse that morning. We were greeted by the staff with open arms and treated as family the minute we arrived. Carley was given treats and love immediately! The staff was warm and friendly and Dr. Crain was an absolute Godsend to me. We had to make the difficult decision and a first time ever decision ever to put our sweet pet, Carley down. Dr. Crain was very honest and decisive with her professional opinion about what needed to happen even though this was the first time she had ever seen Carley and without any previous records. She was an excellent veterinarian and I trusted her implicitly. She helped guide us through the difficult process of putting Carly down. We were provided a warm ‘ home like’ room to spend time with Carley and was able to take the time we needed giving her last time love and treats before putting her down.
We are eternally grateful for the Kelsey Canine Medical Center for making such a traumatic ordeal one that we will forever have a warm and loving memory of our sad goodbye to our sweet girl. They even made a little painted paw print of Carley as a keepsake and mailed it to us painted with her name on it. I cannot thank them enough. They held our hands in Carley’s last hours and guided us through the process of making that difficult decision and made that memory with our sweet Carley, one that we will all never forget. That memory will forever stay with us, and we are eternally grateful for the love, guidance, professionalism and compassion that they showed. Five stars is not enough to give on this review, but just know the experience was the best given the difficulty of that day.

They are so sweet and you can see the compassion within all the staff. Dr.Pope answers any concerns you have and I love them for that ! “Companion Animal Hospital is easily one of the best vets in the Memphis and Collierville area. Dr. Darryl King (he performed my elderly dog's high-risk surgery) and his staff were friendly, knowledgable, confident, and effective during a stressful time in my family and pup's life. I was able to make a same-day appointment for my dog's sudden illness, which turned out to require emergency surgery. They were up front about the cost (which actually cost a tiny less than estimated) and non-judgmental about any questions I had. They're my new go-to vet.”

“our little dogs big attitude got her into a skirmish with a larger dog whose tooth evidently got caught in her eye and ripped it almost completely out! i got her to Kelsey Canine asap and they were able to get her to surgery right away. She is now a pirate but has healed well and just as feisty as ever! Thsnkyou Dr Rush for your amazing surgical care and Dr Camp for saving our golden that had a weird abdominal problem(histoplasmosis in stomach). Dr Camp went above and beyond with her research, and speaking with other specialists to diagnose and treat our sweet guy. He has gained his weight back and so far tested negative at followup! We can't thank you enough! I highly recommend these guys!!”

“Dr. McGee is AWESOME. The front desk is AWESOME. They are more then willing to help you and your animals they go above and beyond answering questions and getting you the right info. Dr Mghee seems to be very busy but he makes sure that he is easily accessible. He will call you back and answer any concerns you may have. This place is my favorite and has an amazing staff!
