Making an appointment, getting checked in, and examinations were great! However, the frame choices and help with finding a frame was lacking. No one asked if they could help. The associates just chatted amongst themselves or were on their phones. Disappointed.

I like this Vision Works store, although some of the staff could be a little more personable. Checking to see if glasses fit good around the ear. But aside from that there's a good selection of glasses. I did like the staff though.
