Rudest pharmacy tech I’ve ever encountered at a Wal greens this far! It wasn’t as if they were busy and / or slammed packed with customers— I was the only person in line at the drive through and there were no customers at the counter. I will never return here! Wal Greens, do better, because you can!

Custom service is rude at the window most days refuse to check medicine status correctly. Order usually out of stock or the employees over charge saying medical insurance isn't covered although it was covered the month before.

In regards to the photo dept.
Unable to acknowledge their error, accept responsibility for said error or realize that the error was due to their template. Didn’t even realize or didn’t know how to look it up that the template used is one of their designs! Tried to put blame on me asking if I designed it. No! I plugged in pics and text into predesigned template on their website!
Saying they were cut wrong and having troubles with their cutting machine was the problem so we asked if we could send it to another location? “No, the cutters at all area locations aren’t working”.
Mmm. Ok. And then saying I uploaded pics and text wrong and that’s why they’re all crooked in the preformatted boxes..
mm. Yah..
Totally inept at rectifying the situation or even knowing the meaning of rectify.
Rectify to her meant me doing everything all over again, resubmitting on a different template, waiting even longer for my product only to be told that I wouldn’t get a discount for the multiple errors because I used a discount code already.
I was told repeatedly she is trying to rectify the situation but clearly wasn’t.
She thought me going through the whole process again and hoping it would actually work without any discount because of all the hassle was “rectifying the situation”.
She wouldn’t tell me her name even though she is the “photo manager”.
This order was already delayed from the pick up time last night.
She put me on speaker so that others could hear my disrespect. Umm.. she was absolutely no help after lying to my husband and I about their inability to right these many wrongs.
She said “I have been on the phone 8 minutes already to rectify this”. There was no rectification and that was also 8 plus minutes out of my day to deal with her inability to manage a situation of their doing.
The only reason I’m giving this 2 stars is because the response of the store manager listening and agreeing that the whole situation was handled poorly and was visibly disappointed. Him offering to personally take care of our order to make sure it is done correctly was appreciated.

This pharmacy is so very slow! Went to the doctor over 13 hours ago and they called in my prescription. Not filled yet and no one answers the phone to be able to get an update on when it will be ready. The app just says it's in progress. This location is always very slow and inefficient. They need to hire a lot more staff to handle the volume that comes in.
