Pharmacy Just pathetic.. wait time is over an hour. Under staffed, and most time they are under stocked as well.

I asked the pharmacist for the price of a behind the counter medication because apparently I left my ID at home and I didn't realize it. I stated that I would just send my husband back to get the medication, so can she let me know how much it costs so that he would know what to expect. She stated she couldn't tell me, without my ID. I said I'm sure it's online so how can you not tell me. What does my ID have to do with the cost? She said, well you can look it up online. Talk about rude and unacceptable, be glad I'm not old me...because whew..... I'm a strong believer of people reaping what they sow and she most definitely will. Good day ma'am.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy. Busy time of the day and one staff member is checking out customers. Medicines are everywhere and not stored properly behind the counter. Literally an accident waiting to happen.

Looking at the reviews it is true
We do have to wait along time to get our medication and yes they do have bad customer service they will tell you come in an about an hour and an hour later it is not ready some thing got to be done about the pharmacy at this location especially Kroger is a cross the street with better customer service

Customer service is so bad here. I’ve been in line for 30 minutes with no response from anyone in the drive-thru. They don’t seem to care at this location. I will transfer to another pharmacy.

SCAMM!! WALGREENS SELLING FAKE AND RE SEALED POKEMON CARDS TO KIDS. bought a dragonite pokemon tin from here, it is advertised to have 1 xy evolution pack and 2 sun and moon. I opened it and it had 1 silver tempest and 2 lost origin. The tin was re sealed obviously because the wrong packs were in there. Even the actual packs were re sealed cause you could see the marks were it had been re sealed. The cards were obviously fake too the packs were light and the cards were flimsy and thin. I am beyond furious with this and I am not the first person to have this same thing happen to them. I was excited to have found a vintage tin that was supposed to have vintage packs. but was left with fake cards and re sealed packs. PLEASE check if there's a sticker on the back of pokemon cards from there that says Excell brands if you do decide to buy. They are sending scam cards and re sealed tins, packs, etc to walgreens for people to buy.

The pharmacy section for prescriptions is one of the most inefficient and absolute worst I have seen on this planet !! They take atleast 2 hours to prepare the meds for prescriptions that they get. And on top of that, another hour (minimum) of waiting in line just to collect the very meds that they took 2 hours to prepare !!! One might argue that they are super busy catering to all people — Trust me, they are NOT. Even if you go in the middle of the night where you are the only person in the line, the on-call pharmacist who will be right behind the counter on a computer, would simply take 15-20 mins just to attend you !! Yes, I timed it, so am not making this up. This stupid location is the only one that is open 24 hours in Collierville. Else, I would have never come here. Hate it !!

I broke my foot leave the hospital last night wanting to get my medicine but I was tired so I went home and called to see if my prescription is ready is she told me it wasn't ready and what time was I wanting to pick it up I told her sometime tomorrow morning and she told me okay they would get started on it I call this morning and the women tells me it's not ready because they don't have it in stock and I told the women well the women that was working last night should have told me that because now I have to go to work for 8 on a broke foot with no pain medicine and I'm pissed ?

I am surprised they have such a low rating.Everytime I have interacted with the pharmacy staff they have been polite , efficient and responsive. I use the app and then go in when my Rx is ready.Appreciate them.
