The pharmacist by the name of Robin was awesome. I had a prescription that was gonna be $778 and she gave me a phone number for the manufacturer. After talking to them I was able to get the entire cost covered by Pfizer.

Disappointed with Walgreens due to an issue with my medication refills, never had this issue when my pharmacy was Walmart and Kroger. I switched to Walgreens recently. I’m out of one of my medications and the pharmacist told me they have sent the fax request to doctor but it’s been 6 days waiting for the refill. Pharmacist also told me that she could process one old available refill and can use it to refill but did NOT do it and then told me to buy the same medication over the counter. I had to myself call the doctor’s office and still waiting for the medication. What stops them from calling the doctors office after waiting for a few days? Walmart or Kroger pharmacy did that multiple times.

This is the slowest and most unfriendly pharmacy, they ignore the drive through and don’t even acknowledge you are there. Simply rude, Tamika is the worst.

Christina in the pharmacy was amazingly helpful to me this weekend. She assisted through the drive thru with meds that went over and above her duty. Most employers don't realize or acknowledge that the most competitive advantage is their PEOPLE. Thank you and I appreciate you, Christina. 🗣 Walgreens.... promote and keep her!

Before I give this location a bad review, I would like people to know that I have been coming here for about twenty years without any major problems previously. However, I went in last week to pick up a prescription, and I was told that it wasn’t available because it was on a truck. I went back today to pick it up. I waited at least ten minutes before anybody even acknowledged me even though somebody was at the window. I was told that it wasn’t available. I got out of the line and went in, and the person behind the window said she didn’t know what I was talking about though I began explaining what had happened. She told me the medication was put back, but nobody even called me to tell me it was finally there. I asked how long it would take. She nonchalantly said that it would be thirty minutes because they have a lot of shots to do. A person with good customer service would have probably helped me right away since I had already been up there twice to get the medication. However, I have to wait even longer because they have shots to do. Based on the other reviews, I guess nobody there cares about good customer service here.

Don’t go to this pharmacy. The pharmacist that I spoke with on 3/30/2024 at 3pm is rude and does not know anything about medicine. I asked her about my prescription and she said the prescription was older than her and I put together and she has no idea what’s in it. She is horrible and should be a customer. Transparency is totally different from being uneducated and rude. Will take my business else where. Luckily my mom was able to call another Walgreens and get the right information for me.

I am very thankful to the lady in the pharmacy that helped me today.. I had made many calls to surrounding Walgreens for help with finding a nebulizer for my baby.. everyone was rude and did not want to help, but this young lady ( I think her name was Kacy) called around and found one for my baby. She was very helpful and I am so thankful for her helping us out during a stressful time. Wondering customer service. She is a gem!!!

Absolutely horrible service. I scheduled pickup for Jan 2 online. Assistant Asked for my name Hill. After much research couldn’t find it. Gave her my date of birth. Brought prescription and asked my phone number. She said that’s not the number. She told me the number she had and I advised her that was my son’s phone number. I told her we don’t have to same DOB and don’t live at same address and we don’t have the same phone#. I told her that I scheduled pickup online 2 weeks ago. She then said they don’t hold scripts for 2 weeks. I advised I scheduled it for pickup today. She said you can’t do that you have to pick up within 2 days. I explained again I scheduled pickup online for today. Finally after 10 mins she said she would fill it today. I mean where do they find their employees!?

Go to this walgreens bc it’s close to where i work and the service is great other than an extremely rude and pushy younger man who works at the photography counter. It was a convenient place to stop and pick up small things that i need but i will no longer be going to that location.

This is the worst pharmacy to deal with ever! This is the 4th time I get a text and a phone call that my prescription is ready. I go to pick it up and they tell me I have to wait one more day. I didn’t even want to have to get it today because I was exhausted after I worked 12hrs. I could have waited no big deal. Then if you don’t pick it up when you get a text or phone call then you get another one that tells you if you don’t pick it up we will put it back or send it back. Whatever.Can someone who works there make a call and say “hey I know you got a text that your stuff was ready but it really is not ready but it will be ready tomorrow”That would be awesome! This will be my last prescription I get from this Walgreens! In fact it’s my last prescription from any Walgreens!
