“Whenever I walk in, I feel like I'm back in the 80s or 90s when relationships, service, and attention to detail meant more.
They did a major service on my 20+ year old TAG for a few months ago and the work was exceptional. The store was moderately busy a few days ago when I went in and they still checked my other watch for me and ran a degausse on it.
Neither watch was purchased from them - they could have just as easily turned me away or referred me back to the manufacturers. A very big THANK YOU to them for their great service and fair dealings.”

“I brought my ring to them to be repaired because the band had broken. They did such an amazing job!! They also fixed 4 prongs, tightened some looseness of the stone and even polished it for me. My ring looks gorgeous!! Also I had my young son with me when I dropped off and picked the ring up, and they were so nice to him too. They even gave him a little toy car. Thank you for taking such great care of my ring and for fixing it! Will definitely be back.”
