“This shop has always done right by me. Fair prices and exceptionally fast service. They installed 4 wheels 4 tires and swapped tpms sensors on my wife’s vehicle in about 30min, maybe less.
Only reason I’m giving 4/5 is because they don’t do alignments. It’s insane to me that a tire shop doesn’t have an alignment machine. The number one cause of tire wear is bc of a bad alignment… why wouldn’t you also offer that service?”

“Stopped by today after experiencing a vibration that I thought was prob coming from a tire. I asked them to rotate and balance my tires. They got to me really quickly and figured out the belts in one of my tires had separated. They offered me a couple of solutions but didn’t have what I needed in stock, but the Hernando store did. I asked them to put the tires back on so I could run to Hernando. They were insistent that I let them put the spare on, bad tire was too dangerous. They took great care of me and didn’t charge me a cent. I’ll def keep doing business with gateway when they take care of me like this.”

“Driver's license slid underneath climate control panel and gear shift console. Stopped by Joe Stewart Collision in Collierville on a recommendation from Bluff City Land Rover. Console was disassembled to retrieve my driver's license, and carefully reassembled. The labor charge was very reasonable and the customer service was exceptional.”
