New favorite place to shop for candles! Not only do the candles last me a good while ( longer than b & b ) , the staff is amazing! The tall young lady with braids was so pleasant & very knowledgeable of the product at hand. She walked me through making custom candles with photo messages on them ; I will be getting customized candles as gifts for my friends and family .

The young lady working the register (tall with braids) is probably one of the most unfriendly people I have come across. She doesn't greet you when get to the conter. She don't smile and when she does speak to you, it is not pleasant. She appears as if she doesn't want to be at work!
I do not like bad customer service. She was like this the last time I went in there as well ( a couple of months ago) and I told myself then that I was not going back in there. Anyways, will be shopping at B and B from now on for my candles!
P.s. poor customer service will keep business away!

*Please note that the store opens at 12pm on Sundays, NOT 11am as published by Google and on the Yankee website. The owner and staff at this store are so helpful. They are knowledgeable about every scent they carry and are so friendly! I typically order my Yankee candles online, but will buy from this store from now on. It’s worth the drive from Midtown.

I have never had such wonderful customer service! A sales woman by the name of Kimberly was the most personable, informative and genuinely nice sales associate I have ever met. Definitely worth the drive from MS.

Well. They have 2 separate signs on the front of their store with different store hours. One says closes at 9pm and another says 7pm. Might as well go to Bed Bath and Beyond, which is located in same shopping center and also has candles.

Superb level of service, very nice and knowledgeable staff. Fase masks for everyone, and I witnessed multiple cleanings when I was there. My wife loves the candles from here.

The manager, Melanie was very helpful and nice. She knew her scents and was knowledgeable which is always a nice plus. The sales associate Lauren was also nice. Will definitely be back. The atmosphere was very cozy. ☺️

EVERYONE knows Yankee Candle is great but the coupons are usually a no go for what you really want to buy. I'm speaking on a customer that comes to this store location at least 12 times a year. Other than the failing coupon deals, my family and I still love the great scents throughout our home.
