The YMCA at Schilling Farms is a family-friendly place with terrific and helpful staff who offer excellent service. Receptionists provide bright, welcoming smiles and greetings. The instructors for classes, such as Body Balance and HIIT, are described as the best—thorough, knowledgeable, positive, and encouraging. The facility features excellent, updated treadmills that are always in working order. The indoor swimming pools are great and wonderful when open, and swimming classes are taught with utmost care. The whirlpool is very effective. The venue has replaced its basketball courts with three pickleball courts, which are popular and fun, with equipment provided. Childcare is available and noted as a great, free service. While generally fantastic, some note the pool and sauna have been closed without website notification, and the steam room is missed. Overall, it is a highly recommended gym and swimming space.
Have tried to be there last weekend and call the YMCA again today. The indoor swimming pool and sauna are closed, but this information was not released on the YMCA website.
I hope it can be open soon next weekend.

The staff is terrific treadmills are excellent when the swimming pool is open it's wonderful in the whirlpool is very effective.v
