The new manager Kristina has been wonderful in helping me resolve issues with my rental agreement. She responds very quickly to any concerns and she is super friendly. I also met the Regional Manager Cathy and she was very helpful too. Great job, ladies!!!!

Having a passcode was really great! I can enter & exit at anytime! I felt really safe when the gate would close behind me upon entering! The staff are always extremely helpful!Would definitely use them again!

Could be a nice location but they never answer the phone or return calls. I was interested in renting 3 units after multiple phone calls over days no response.

I wouldn't recommend. Manager screwed up my unit. Can't get ahold of anybody, dosen't do any good to call the number. Only get I email him. In which nobody replies. Can't make a payment on my unit which is 122 and not 123. Can't get it changed!!! Was assured my payment was going to my unit when payed online. But ofcourse not. Receipt says I payed for the other unit 123. And Can't get it changed or talk to anyone. Great service NOT!!!! Would not recommend!!!

Used to be a wonderful storage facility but then was purchased by Storage King. Customer service extremely lacking and management disorganized after Theresa left!Prior review in 2020:Loved the ease of reserving, leasing, & paying online!! Allowed for our after office hour arrival instead of having to hold onto moving truck another day just to get into storage. Everything appeared clean & mostly well lit. There were a couple of older lights out ( one right at my unit?) but appears they may be installing all new LED lighting starting at opposite side from my rental. The newer lighting really provides fantastic lighting & looks great!!!??????

IF I COULD LEAVE HALF A STAR, I WOULD. storage king is THE ABSOLUTE WORST. UNLESS U WANT TO SEE PRICE INCREASES REGULARLY... STAY AWAY FROM HERE. THIS PLACE IS SIMPLY HERE TO TAKE YOUR MONEY! Do your homework and find a reasonably priced storage facility that is NOT going to increase after every few months and then feed you the B.S that its due to operating cost. Oh and by the way, this place does not pro rate so if you plan to move out, do so before your next month due date or you will be charged for full month... I could go on about this place but they are not worth the energy it takes to write this.... AGAIN, DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE UNLESS YOU ARE IN TO GIVING YOUR MONEY AWAY...

I would highly recommend potential customers look elsewhere! This business is dishonest. Very hard to get ahold of someone locally on the phone if you have a problem.

I fell for the oldest trick in the book…. the classic bait-and-switch. After shopping for the best rates in my area, I chose these guys because they were the most competitive. And then the other shoe drops…a few months after moving all my stuff in, I get a notice of a rate increase. Not a small increase but a substantial one. I did some homework and this evidently is common with storage companies. Do your homework, folks. I didn’t and got played.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I rented a unit from the spring hill location during my move to the area. Website claims instant access and that is not true. I received an email AFTER paying and signing the lease online that if I did this outside normal business hours I would have to visit the office to gain initial access. I tried anyways because I had to return my rented moving trailer that day and needed to unload my things. No luck, as the code was not active yet. I tried calling thr number on the office building and the number in my email, got answering machine saying i can leave s message and the call will be returned during normal business hours. I purchased my unit on a Saturday and the office didn't open until Tuesday. I was forced to buy a unit from a different storage facility that did give me instant access( glad their website didn't lie like storage kings does). I call the office when they open and try to explain the situation, the lady tells me that the code should work (it didnt), that I should have called the customer support number that's in my email to get a temporary code (she couldnt give me any number to actually call and told me I needed to look on the website or in my email, i did call the number in my email, it was the same number as was on the door of the spring hill office building and I got the same voice recording). I explain there was no separate number and that I tried my gate code multiple times, she then starts raising her voice demanding that I tell her what order I pushed the buttons that I must have done it wrong because they've never had a problem before and it just works. I proceed to tell her she's being very unprofessional and rude and ask for the employees name, she refuses to tell me her name or give me an way to reach someone else and is just yelling at me over the phone now so I hung up. This was honestly the worst customer service experience I've ever had in my entire life

Storage King USA has been an awesome experience!!! I've had storage with them for the last two years. Moving out I have found my things to be exactly as they were put into storage, and I personally would suggest this company for any and all things needing to be stored.

Gentlemen wrote to complain about the customer service and how rude she was. When someone is trying to help and find out how you entered the gate code, she was trying to help to see did you entered it correctly or maybe you might it wrong. That's why you might have gotten upset when she was asking you questions and didn't want to admit you did entered it wrong. That's why you got upset and started rising your voice at her. A person complain about an employee not treating them right and don't tell the whole truth what really happened. It's always 3 sizes, 1. It's the customer who's complaining 2. It's the employee and 3. It's the truth. The truth is the customer started cussing at the employee and rising his voice. If you was playing attention when the employee answered the phone, she announced herself when she answered the phone. You not going to satisfy everyone and when you know that you didn't do right by entered the gate code, don't get mad at the person trying to find out and investigate, so she want let this happen to another customer. It's no information or instruction on how to enter your gate code. Why not call go back to the website and get the customer service number if you're having trouble. So, they can instruct you, what you need to do.
