“Love family businesses like this! They are a Brother dealer, so most of their stock is that brand. They do a lot of repair work on other machines too. Spent plenty of time with us trying out different machines before we made a purchase.”

“Driven by Discount Plumbing for years, until one day I needed to stop for a tub. I was greeted and helped by Maria. She was so pleasant to talk with and helpful. Today Larry delivered my tub. He was so friendly and kind. Had a great visit with him. I'll be sure to go back to Discount Plumbing for my next plumbing need. Great customer service is hard to find these days and both these individuals did superb.”

“Had my first ever load drop off here today. The staff were accommodating and understanding of me being a brand new driver. Goose the fork lift operator is an absolute pro and was kind enough to help transfer my heavy tarps to the storage box on other side of my flatbed trailer.”

“I visited the store today, with a purchase in mind. I met Karen and explained my interest in a few items. She was fantastic. She was detailed in the explanations. The pros and cons of everything. She was genuinely concerned about my interests. She should be an educator and trainer for customer service. Top notch. I would give 10 stars. Thank you, Karen. I feel confident with my purchase.”
