Feels a bit impersonal here..Hate you stand & wait for someone to come from back room out to open stand..In 30 yrs banking with a credit union never have i been charged for checks & a monthly service fee to have my account.. extremely surprised this credit union does that..

I made a mistake by putting my money in this bank!! Horrible customer service abilities. I had over $30k I'm my account but they refusend to raise my card withdrawal limit above $500 for ONE DAY!!!! GO TO HERITAGE BANK AND TRUST... better customer service.

I give 3 stars because they don't process checks in time. I have coworkers that got their checks today from other banks. And ascend set me back 3 days because they didn't put checks into accounts today. Even though it states on the website that it was supposed to hit today. This has happened to me several times now. After my car is paid I will be banking somewhere else and maybe I will get paid on time. My employer did payroll on Wednesday so its definitely a bank issue. Other then that this credit union has been great.

I went to open up and account in volum bia the young man Julian was so nice to me help me get my account pulled up on my phone. Ever question I had he answered it every one was nice he was a great person to have working with people

Your debit card policy of killing my card while out of state for a long weekend directly cost you this member. Just in case there is any question, your moves to protect your liability have gone too far. You stranded me on vacation. Not my job as a member to notify you when I'm going out of town for the weekend. What a joke.

Ascend Federal Credit Union is consistently the one place over the years where I have to use MY OWN customer service voice/skills on the staff in order to get anything done. I don't know if the staff is just like that or if management has done something to them, but the people that work here are by the the MOST impersonable and stand offish people I have ever worked with. It is truly exceptional how the staff truly hates doing absolutely anything. You could go in to do a withdrawal and I guarantee you someone there is going to roll their eyes at you. The online banking and phone customer service people are absolutely delightful, but this particular location is god awful.

This is the worst bank I’ve ever used! Nothing but a hassle, lied to so many times ,confused employees not able to answer questions about things going on with my accounts. Bank making unauthorized transactions!
