If you have any problem with services or devices I definitely recommend going to see Brendan. He is very knowledgeable and very friendly! He helped us with all the problems we was having yesterday and even helped with stuff we didn't go in for!!!!!!! 10/10 recommend!!!!!!

DON'T DO IT! All I went in to do was purchase a phone. Bill has always been $143.00, and less than 3 weeks later received a $500.00 bill. Went back to the location to speak with the manager Catlin, and she threw me on her rep that messed the bill up. They gave me a # to call, in which was no help. I called back to speak with the manager. She still did not want to help. She said she would call me back the next morning. She never called. Went back to the location and they said she was off that day. When I tell you they are the worst store ever! All they want is the sale. Again don't do it!

I am absolutely fuming with this place so sick of it. I scheduled to get wifi they said I was available for it at speeds of 25mps they scheduled me out a week to get wifi at 8am.The tech didn’t show so I battled with them on the phone for literally hours finally a kind manager got a tech to my place around 2:20pm all to tell me now at 3:43pm that their service can’t reach me. I’m sick of trying to work with this company to make things happen and they wasted my entire day. They should have double checked on servicing my area if I could give half a star I would thanks for nothing.

the store employee was worried to have to do some work. I was told they don't typically take a paper photo ID bc they don't scan. said employee scans my self laminated paper photo ID (bc I'm waiting the 4-7 weeks to get the hard copy from tn dept of safety & security). so they scan my ID it works but then they go to the store manager I presume says its a paper copy and the manager says no. why the hell they scan it then. for giggles. I did not find it amusing. we've been with att for 21 years when it was att cingular. but my paper photo id that scanned properly, the same photo id I use to work in Nashville and cash checks, was not good enough for att. I had to call my poor mama to come verify bc I don't know when I'll get another day off. All bc my paper ID scanned, the employee just didn't want to customer service. Maybe this job ain't for you. If it was me as long as the barcode scans I wouldn't have said anything about it being paper. Especially if it was a long standing customer.

Brennan flat out lied about a $300 visa gift card to get me switch my Internet provider to fiber. Then asked me if I was poor! Yeah I'm poor and should have known better than trust a sales person at att...! Willing to say anything to make a dollar. Why pay more when you can pay less.... It's just the name att wow... Zero stars would be the better rating! Springhill location much better , if you choose the provider!
