Had a solo car accident on Oct 9th and had my 2017 Nissan Altima towed to Benton Nissan. From my 1st call, and all the way through the process, Beecha in the Service Department was courteous, knowledgeable, and I was treated with total class! If I could give 10 Stars to him, I would. I would not recommend Benton Nissan service department, They try to force you to do unnecessary work, I felt so overwhelmed I started crying, The radio on my new car that I purchased from them stopped working, the service manager was extremely disrespectful and mean, I won’t be back.Service: General repairs & maintenance

As a recent newcomer to Tennessee, I began researching the internet for a car dealer in order to purchase a vehicle. I contacted Benton Nissan and spoke to Sean Millikan. After a couple of discussions on the phone, Sean was very helpful and informative on what I was looking for. So I went to Benton Nissan and met with Sean. I was able to take a drive test, looked at a couple of Sentras and found my car. After researching options to purchase my car, Sean helped me determine best way to make my purchase.I drove away in my car as a very satisfied and happy customer!Thank you Sean!

Buyer beware! This dealership is full of gimmicks! I was led to believe that I could bring my 03 Altima with 255,000 miles in and qualify for the cash for clunkers 4500 dollar trade in program. Of course when I got there I was told that my car had to much value to qualify. When they gave me the first set of numbers they were allowing me $1000 dollars for my car. I wouldn't accept because I was under the impression the $4500 would apply. They re-done the numbers and was going to give $3000 for my car. I noticed a charge for $2800 in the figure for "Benton Benefits". I told them I was not interested in the Benton Benefits so when they reran the numbers without the Benton Benefits they were only allowing $500 for my car. Some value huh. They actually think they are doing you a favor to sell the car to you for sticker price. Don't think I'll be back in there anytime soon. The only thing positive to say is that the sales person was very friendly, he didn't have anything to do with the overpricing or gimmicks.

Such a bad experience. Ran my my credit several times even with my financing was done prior to getting the car. Added heated seats they worked for a day. I have tried to get them repaired only t ok be lied to and ignored...stay away.

Sean Millikan- The only one in the Nashville area to buy a Nissan from. People literally fly in to buy a car from Sean because he's that good. I don't think you will regret giving him a call and allowing him to see how he can make your day with a new set of wheels.

Hands down the easiest car buying experience I have had. Our Sales pro was Sean Millikan. Most knowledgeable guy I have talked cars with. Also he was just very nice and patient. If you are looking for the same treatment we received make sure to ask for Sean when you visit. Another thing that helped us make our decision was that they seemed to have much more inventory available than the other dealerships we visited.
