“LIterally, Roberts Toyota sales and service is the best. I drive 40 min one way to get our vehicles' oil changed. They're honest and dependable. They don't fear-monger like Coolsprings Toyota.
Brenda is a delight on the phone! Sean did a great job handling my 4-Runner's service needs this time. Larry Fee and I go way back and he truly cares. Paul Caruana is the sales manager - known him for years and he is tried and true.
Do not go anywhere else for your Toyota. From purchasing to servicing, you won't be disappointed.”
“Scheduling was effortless. Check-in was quick and efficient. Service time was the quickest I’ve experienced from any dealership. Quality of service was high, as is usual from Toyota.”
“Let’s just say the have completely changed from two years ago! I just love the service I receive from the employees! I must say they are amazing and work with you well whenever anything is wrong! Yes you may have to wait if you decided to rent on a Monday since that’s their busiest day but you will not go wrong renting with them! I may say I’ve been such a needy customer and they have been nothing but amazing and I will only rent with enterprise for this! Thanks so much to the Columbia Tn office that is amazing and never loses patience with me! Y’all deserve a raise or praise for all of y’all’s hard work!!! Thanks again for always being my go to whenever needing a car with unlimited miles with great prices!!!”
“This Hertz location has always been great to work with. Anytime I need to rent a car for work they have a clean ride ready to go. Brandie worked with me on my last rental. Had it all ready to roll within minutes on the pickup and the drop off. I look forward to working with them again for my next rental. Thanks Hertz of Columbia!”

“I had a great experience here! The ladies in the office were quick to get me on the road and just as quick to get the car checked back in when I returned. Would absolutely use them again!!”
