First to the car there basic services. Purchased the 3 oils changes at a discounted price. On second oil change they did not put the oil cap back on/on correctly. Didn't know this until engine motor overheated severely enough for the jeep to shut down and throw lights. Brought the jeep back to them. They informed that there was also an issue with the radiators and it needed replaced. Then was told that the radiator s were on back order and would take 6 months plus to get in(this is my daily driver) followed by, we can install the aftermarket one we have in stock that will function like stock. So that was $1100. Also payed them an extra thousand to do trans, both differentials, throttle body service. Payed about $2200. Then went through 3 months of paying for rental cars them having my car for a 5 week period on and off because they kept saying it was fixed. Multiple times overheating big time. They replaced the thermostat, radiators, and water pump with aftermarket crap. I ordered mopar parts from a dealership arrived in two weeks time. Installed by brown and sons and car is perfect. And come to find out they didn't even do the trans service. Ripped me off to the tune of $5000 at the end with the rental car cost included. Avoid nick Meyer in lewisburg as well. Wheel almost feel off the are after 600 miles!

Parts and Service Department. Complaint Express lane Oil and filter change. I got to your service department at 6:45 am on 12/29/2023. In the express lane to get an oil and filter change. Was asked if I have an appt. Was told no. Then was told I would have be work to get an oil and filter changed since I had no appt. I was told by a black service technician, that this had changed a month ago. Nowhere on your website for the express lane does it indicate by appointments only Nor do you have a sign at the building appts only. This is a very poor way to do business. I'm appalled and disgusted at the service at this location, I wasted my time, gas, and energy to find this out. I would like a call back from the Service manager and also would like to speak to the Owner of the business to file this complaint.

If I could give zero stars I would. Most deceptive car dealer I've ever dealt with: the price you see online is NOT the price you get. Avoid this dealership.

I don't even know were to start. I purchased a 2018 Chrysler Pacifica from them. I was told I couldn't get the car because it was in the certified inspection since it only had a little over 62,000 miles on it. Told them ok on Tuesday so this went back and fort for days finally said vehicle was ready they would bring it and paper work to me. So they did van wasn't detailed very well but didn't think much about it due to I know how hard it is to keep help now days. Less than 10 hours later I'm broke down on side of the road with fuel line off vehicle. Had to have van towed, missed a day of work and was told I was being ridiculous thinking they could just give me my car back. I signed the papers for a used car and that's what I got So they fixed the hose and cleaned the vehicle again also told me they would fix the bumper if it wouldn't buff out. I got vehicle back next day stayed in touch with them for a week about bumper to be told that they wasn't doing anything about it it's a used vehicle. That if I want to pay them they will fix it. So now a month later I'm driving down the road and the air has went out called of course everyone is to busy to talk to me. I will never purchase anything from them again and will make sure I tell everyone how I was treated. A little respect goes a long way and I have bought plenty of used vehicles from other lots and they stand behind them. This was a 32,000 dollar purchase not something cheap. Wished I didn't have to give one star

wish i could leave a minus 5 star...found truck online...emailed an offer so i wouldn't have to waste three hours if they wouldn't accept offer...salesman accepted offer..when i got there i test drove truck,ageed to buy..when it came time ti sign paperwork,salesman said he couldn't give me the truck at agreed to price and tried to jack me another $3800.00...so i wasted three hours on basically a bait and switch scam!!!! STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS AS YOU CAN!!!!!

This place is a joke. I drove 2 hours to come get a wrangler. They came in with this ridiculous low trade in offer on my vehicle. I told them what I wanted for Vehicle in on a trade and the sales guy come back with my keys and says "yeah we aren't going to be able to make a deal so y'all can head on home". I did head on home and found a Jeep dealership that did work with me and got everything that I wanted. Then the sales guy had nerve to text me a week later to follow up if I was still interested after you told me to head on home... If I could give a negative star I would.

By far the worst dealership experience I've ever had... Silvio Carvajal was professional, not pushy, a great salesman. However, the finance department was the very opposite. Extremely pushy, shady, and generally what I have come to expect from car dealerships. Shane, who we never saw, and Ryan Lesko, with his ethical standards nameplate, were anything but ethical. We were charged for a PermaPlate "accessory" that we had declined. Long story, but many hours and many details later, our options were... 1. Take a check for the PermaPlate charge (minus interest of course) 2. Leave the charge on but take a lower interest rate I learned several things shopping here. First of all, I definitely will not go back, ever. I would not recommend this place to anyone else either. Secondly, I will never finance through a dealership again! If you plan to finance here, I strongly recommend talking to a bank first. You'll be surprised at the interest rate difference. I've never left a dealership feeling like I got a really great deal. I left this one feeling like I'd been repeatedly lied to and ultimately ripped off.

Just bought a new challenger hellcat redeye from this dealership. My salesman Mike Cruger was a great guy. Very knowledgeable and responsive and always oriented towards what I needed, not just pitching me cars. I got a solid financial deal and quick service from the finance department as well. The car was beautifully detailed while I waited by Emily (who was very nice and very thorough!). Last step was to top the fuel off (nice touch) and I was on my way. The car has been perfect!

I have been working on a deal with them on a new purchase. Sales guy sends me over a sales worksheet that has the vehicle at $1500 off msrp as we had agreed. Addtionally I had given them $1000.00 deposit in good faith to purchase vehicle. This was a cash deal so no financing. Upon talking to thier finance department to go over final delivery and the numbers they now are telling me the vehicle is $3000 for then they quoted me. So now they want an additional $3000.00 because they say they got the numbers mixed up and didnt let me know that they put some kind of coating on the vehicle and wheel locks that cost the extra ( give me a break really ! ) The manager goes on to tell me that they pay msrp on the vehicles and there is no room to make it right. I understand that supply is low and they made a mistake, but Im out 3 days worth of negotiating with them and they refuse to make it right. Very frustrated and still cant believe the way they hanled this situation.

Actually ,there's no zero stars for rating I do not recommend this dealership to anyone , not to buy a vehicle nor to get any service done, they are dishonest they miss represent and they do not tell you everything you need to know about what they're going to charge you to repair your vehicle even when it is supposedly under warranty! That is another issue we were told we got a brand new engine last time one of the fuel injectors was misfiring, that was not true , they put in the block but swapped out all the other old parts & didn't communicate this to us, so this time it happened again ( same issue) just a few months later & it was not under warranty! And we looked into pricing at other places after the fact unfortunately, because we thought it was under warranty since we were told that last repair,so we allowed them to do the work and come to find out they price gouged us in a huge way! As I said before don't ever go to this dealership for anything!!!! Terrible service, not honest, price gouging! Completely lacking integrity, and so unprofessional, it took a week and a half I never got a response so I had to call again and ask for the general manager, he did not return my call either when I left a message! Very dissatisfied will never go back for anything!!!!

I found the car I was interested in online. I called the dealership and spoke with Bradley Denton. From that first conversation, confirming the vehicle was still available until I drove it off the lot last night was an excellent experience. Bradley did an outstanding job of communicating as we went through the negotiating process. He did not "pretend" to know all about this used Lexus (remember, this is a Chrysler/Jeep dealership); however, he got the correct answers to my questions during the purchase process. A good listener and was personable and cordial during the time spent together when we came over to do final processing and close the deal. Bradley is someone I would directly recommend if you want a car sales associate that can professionally conduct himself. Period.

Got deposit with written statement and called back again that they cannot proceed with that . They might have sold to someone else for better price. I missed another good deal with other dealership because of this . Do not waste your time .

I bought a used car here a month ago and they said it had gone through the inspection process but when I took it to the Nissan dealership in Franklin the next day, they said that the coolant was almost empty and the oil had not been changed. They registered the tags in the wrong county and when I went in to pick up the tags and pointed out that it was the wrong county I was told "You registered in the wrong county. " but they did the paperwork. I had to pay the wheel tax in the correct county on top of what I had already paid. I also specifically asked about emissions in my county and they said it wouldn't need to be done. No apology for the extra money I had to spend or the time wasted.

Honestly, as far as convenience, this is very close to my house. I bought several cars from this dealership and got screwed over big time on my trade in. However, I went back again several years later to give them a second chance. I asked for a specific salesman who I liked, and got double teamed which eventually made them lose the sale. I ended up going with another Chrysler dealer 50 miles away. To top it off, I had a minor situation under warranty and have had the hardest time getting the job done. The service department guy is pretty much of a flake. One time, I stayed in the waiting room for 2 hours, and my car was ready 30 minutes after I gave it to them. I had to walk and ask him about it. He said, is that your car parked out there? I said yep. It just never crossed his mind. By the way, it didn't get fixed. So I waited and waited. 2 weeks. Finally called him and he said something is wrong with the parts and they weren't in yet. He never called to inform me. I called again 2 weeks later. They were in. He never called. So, unfortunately I can't recommend this place to anyone until they make some changes.
