They'll get you set up with a new contact or let you pay your bill but other than that they kind of suck. They are not friendly at all s and don't seem to even care whether or not you join them. They seem to be run by one family and that family doesn't care about you. And I have yet to meet a worker there that actually knew anything about the devices they are selling. But they are the only Cricket store in town so what can you do other than go to another company, which isn't much different if you live anywhere near where I do in Tennessee.

Upgraded to a new phone yesterday, been with Cricket for 6 years now. I always have a lot of "fun" changing everything to the new phone. I just want to say Kiara ( not sure if I spelled her name correctly) she was AWESOME!!!! She was very patient with all of my questions, and helped me get my phone set up.

My dad and I went to get new phones today!! When we arrived the store was completely empty! There was only one employee at the time! Within a matter of seconds, the store filled up! The woman helping us did an amazing job keeping her composure! She was amazing! She was able to help everyone in a timely manner without blinking an eye!! Great work , very friendly, very professional, we are very satisfied customers despite some rude customers!! Thank you
