Wait time was average. Had a manager on duty that got everything moving. After that, the pace picked up considerably. It was an overall good experience. Have what you need ready, and the process is much easier.

I'm convinced everyone that works here hates their jobs and are absolutely miserable. I expected a long wait and I was ok with that. After all it is the DMV, nothing is done quickly. After 2 hours I was finally called to the service desk and I told the employee what I needed and presented all my documents. I was then told at that moment if I had checked in with the non existent front desk person that I could of been done already. When I walked in there wasn't even a person at the desk in the front. The only thing there was a sign telling me to scan a QR code and to check in via text. Absolutely no other instructions listed or voiced to me. I wasn't even greeted by an employee at all after standing there for a bit trying to figure everything out on my own. So how in the world am I supposed to know all this stuff I should of had taken care of when there's literally nothing or anyone there to explain anything. I understand by not following the unknown procedure that I created more work for the employee helping me but there was no need to be angry at customers if they're not told anything different from the minute they walk into the place.

Large DMV able to house many customers at the same time. Polite staff excellent customer service.

I went without an appointment and it was quick and easy to get my Real ID. The receptionist was very helpful and the lady at the counter was a doll. She was training a new employee and they were both very professional.

Worst DMV I've ever been to. The staff is slow, sarcastic and rude. I honestly don't know how the staff aren't embarrassed to work there.rolling their eyes at foreigners that are hard for them to understand.Talking to people checking in like they're stupid for not understanding processes.Telling people that yes they'll do something just to get the person out of their face and also not fulfilling those requests.This is what I saw from sitting down there for an hour just observing. Disgusting behavior from the staff.

Very efficient and warm staff. Check in was and documents verification was easy. I appreciate everyone who work there. This was quite a positive experience from the Nashville’s Dmv even though this is much smaller.
