I think this was a great purchase. The only problem with the TV Stand that purchased for my flat screen tv, was the assembly. It was very difficult to put together. The basic instructions were not easy to follow. It took 5 of us to put our heads together to get it done. But at the end it was worth it and my grandmother loves it. I am really thankful that Electronic Express was still carrying this item because everywhere I went they said that they were no longer being made because they were trying to get people to purchase wall mounts, which my 86 year old grandmother was not going for. So, thank you very much electronic express.

Haven't been in this Electronic Express in years. Had a bad odor when we went there, and it kinda looked like a thrift store, to be honest. The lady who helped us was nice, but the rest of the staff looked like they could careless if anyone came in or not. It seemed like the same worker was standing by the outside of the front door smoking. Like before the last time we went there, a bet a year ago, smh dude not everyone wants to smell your cigarette smoke as their walking in or out. Really don't think the owners would want you doing that, that close to the main entrance.

Great place to purchase electronics. It small. You don't have to walk all over the building to see what you want. There are people there to answer questions and help you make the best choice.

When a group of sales associates seem to find it hilarious to make up storieslies about the remotes that come with the sale of a TV just to entertain themselves and be able to mock the customer after they leave is disgusting. Now I am reminded why it isn't worth being actually courteous to others because you will get mocked just because they can. Do better.

Bought a new washer/dryer took home unboxed and whole side of dryer was caved in. The washer was dented in the front. The dryer we took back because it was caved in so bad the tub was hitting. When we called up there they said bring dryer back and gave us a display and never even mentioned the washer.

Had a very good experience at electronic express , my son is 23 and purchased his 1st washer and dryer , the service was excellent and the price beat every other place we looked .

Customer service is awful. I arrived to pick up an order I placed online. When I got in the store, no one greeted me. I waited in line at the front desk where an associate was putting a television back into its box for another customer. Never once did he greet me, ask if I needed help or told me he would be with me soon. (Keep in mind, my order is sitting right there.) Finally, another associate sees me, asks what I need and I tell her. She says she isn’t authorized to do in-store pick ups. She calls out to another associate across the floor, who yells back that he’s busy with another customer. That same associate eventually tried to process the order, but he said the order number had an extra digit and he couldn’t figure it out. Finally a fourth associate comes to help. He was very polite and had no issues processing it. I have no idea why an online order takes four people and fifteen minutes to pick up. A simple “I’ll be right with you” or “so sorry for the wait” would have gone a long ways in all this.
