Shoutout to Alexis M for her outstanding customer service!! I had missed a delivery that needed a signature and I needed the package that day. My husband and I stopped by the store in hopes that we would be able to pick it up there. She found out which truck the package was on and called the driver(I think his name started with a J, Alexis would know). We were willing to wait until the driver came back, but he too was amazing. He was near our house and said he could redeliver since I had my door tag signed and I had shown Alexis my ID! They're some keepers, don't lose 'em!

The staff is terrific at this location. However, the credit card device for customers was broken for months causing extra steps to pay (not the staffs issue). It's been finally replaced, however the model installed does not fit on the counter space and causes your customers to use the device in a unusual position. Someone need to replace the device with one that fits the counter space and is comfortable for your customers to use. Please support the great staff at this location and help make the customer experience great.

The guy at the desk at OfficeMax was cool, but I was enlightened and learned when you send “express” there’s no real safe way to verify you sent your package. I don’t like this process , because the burden of proof falls on the shipper and I was sending gold , so until I got confirmation, which took 4 days I wasn’t comfortable with the process or Fedx’s express
