Overall great experience with the service department. They took my truck in promptly, finished my service in a timely and effective manner, and were very clear about everything being done. I was able to make decisions on all recommendations without any sales pressure and was provided with a cosy place to wait. Overall a decent experience, and I will not hesitate to go back.

I purchased a used Ford Explorer and the service was excellent! Ashley and Ryan worked with me to get the best terms. I received a fair price for my trade in vehicle. And it was as painless as possible considering you’re paying so much for cars these days!

I live out of state and recently located a used vehicle at Ford of Columbia I was interested in buying. Mike Baker made this transaction seamless. He was very honest around any minor scratch on the vehicle and worked with me through several video calls. This is the best dealership experience I've ever had. The vehicle was delivered the very next morning after closing the deal at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Ford of Columbia!

Ryan, was the most professional and nicest person I ever meet. The whole team at Columbia Ford was extremely nice. Adam the manager came in and introduced himself. My salesman was fast. I was there last than a hour paperwork done and out of there. That was a first for me. I bought a 2019 Honda Passport beautiful truck for a nice price. I would highly recommend Columbia for your new or even used car needs. Also, I changed my mind 3 times because they had so many nice cars to choose from. I don't recommend that but they stayed professional to the end. Thanks, team at Columbia Ford for that great experience for me and my daughter. Cedric Ray

I bought an F-150. The salesman AJ was a decent salesman not the best I’ve seen or the worst. We drove 7 hours to get the vehicle. Detail hadn’t gone through either of them or maybe they had been test drove several times. They’ve been begging for a five star review but I’d if they deserve it. I wil say the finance guys didn’t seem shady. They got me approved with their financing even though I had two pre approvals already. I worked at 23 dealerships taking photos so I was in an out of finance looking for keys and stuff so I listened a lot.I asked AJ for an out the door price on the truck and then when I get there there was a $599 ceramic and rubber matt fee along with a $799 GPS fee that they claim it’s for me if I ever want to know where my truck is if it is stolen. These are non removable. I think they just want to tell the repo man where to go when you don’t pay lol.He didn’t point out any damages on the truck. I had already “washed” it. (I find that if you hand wash a vehicle you notice a lot more dings then just at a glance) it had scratches on the tail gate which didn’t show up in the online pictures nor did he try to make me aware of it. The truck had one owner and clean car fax. I have had to put the truck in my shop due to rear pinion seal leak. Only reason it was caught was I was checking under the truck over looking everything and then re checking all the fluids and I seen it. Not a major fix I didn’t notice it at the dealership. Spark plugs hadn’t been changed even though ford maintenance says they should be done at the 100k markI am not mad. I should have spent more time and been more thorough. I’m mechanically inclined so I think I’ll be okay and have awesome mechanics locally and they said everything else checks out.

No pressure. I was able to browse the lot, drive multiple different trucks and really take my time. Ended up finding the perfect one for me. Very comfortable working with them again.

This dealership has horrible customer service! I worked for 10 years at a large dealership in Franklin so have personal experience and knowledge to base off of. I called them Monday to see if the vehicle is available still for my son in law that lives out of town but is visiting to find out about a 2016 used Explorer and was quoted by sales exactly what is showing on the website, $20,492 if financed or $21,492 if paying cash.I try to deal local so I advised my son in law of this vehicle and encouraged him to call about it. He has now gone through 3 different salesman which none of whom return calls or even act like they care to sell a vehicle. It's the damndest thing I've ever seen in a dealership. The customer actually having to chase down a salesman rather than the salesman being proactive to make a sale. When my son in law finally got someone to quote a price, the dealer raised the price $5000 stating they were adding in a paint protection and $1000 for an application fee! WTH! $1000 for an application fee is unheard of, and no one asked for paint protection, just absurd! Still no one calls back when he says he isn't interested in the paint protection and wants a new quote. I'm retiring in December and had every intention to order or buy a new Tremor from this dealership near home but there is no way from the lack of customer service and price gouging with the utmost dirty dealings this place is doing to could be customers. Save your time and money and don't bother shopping here. I even called tonight 4 times before I got an answer by the receptionist then was on hold for sales myself for 5 minutes before hanging up. Good riddens to bad business! My $80,000+ will be paid somewhere else as well as all the service work they could have had plus all the connections I have that could have warranted several other sales and service.

Pretty high on pricing compared to other dealerships. 300 for a coolant flush verses 189 at another Ford dealership. Service desk doesn’t fully seem to know what is being quoted. They also wanted to do a bunch of stuff (air filters, wipers….) that had just been done. They are somewhere between 2 and 3 stars. People seem professional but…..

Stay far, far away from this business. I have gone here on two separate occasions for recall repairs on my 2014 Fusion, and both times my car has been returned with shoddy workmanship and excuse and after excuse about why they aren’t responsible. Last year, my brake booster was damaged, and they refused to pay for the repair until another Ford dealer told them it was damaged during their repair. Now, I took my car back to them with the thought that everybody has off days, maybe they needed a second chance. Boy do I regret that choice. My car went in 9/11/23 for a front brake hose recall, and I ended up paying over $700 for a brake pedal assembly that they broke in the shop and refused to take owner ship for. Austyn was the technician working on my car, and refused to let me speak with a GM or the service department manager, I believe his name is Travis. I tried calling Ford corporate and got no help. These guys bullied me into paying for a repair that was completely avoidable. To top it all off, when I picked my car up, my horn was disconnected (connection is located right next to recall repair they did) and my back bumper that I just paid to have fixed is covered with white scratches. These guys are crooks and take advantage of all women, but especially single moms. This is my only car to get to work and take care of my son, and theses guys have done nothing but cause me extra headaches every step of the way. Go to Franklin or Murfreesboro instead. I now have to go to Franklin to have my horn reconnected and the bumper buffed out. Please, stay far away from this place.

We recently purchased a vehicle from Ford of Columbia and had a great experience. The time in the dealership was short, efficient and well managed. My wife and I never felt pressure to buy or add additional services at any point during our time on-site at the dealership. Thanks Michael for a really wonderful experience and assisting us with getting a great truck at an amazing price!

Not completely honest or helpful. Not a terrible experience, but I’ll definitely think twice about buying another vehicle at Ford or Hyundai of Columbia. I purchased a used truck, so I expected wear and tear from normal use. I reviewed the Carfax and everything seem to checkout. No major issues or read flags. However, when I got the truck home I noticed a good amount of dings on the top of the vehicle. It had obvious hail damage. There were no dings on the hood or other places on the truck, but somewhere along the line the truck had repairs that were not reported. Totally normal, I understand that everything is not reported to Carfax. I decided to review the Carfax one more time to see if I had just accidentally missed it, but it wasn’t reported. However, I did notice that the truck was serviced/repaired at Hyundai/Ford of Columbia and had a pre-sale inspection. I’m not claiming that they straight up lied to me, but it feels shady. Especially when they advertise clean carfax and no damage. The damage is clearly obvious when you know what you’re looking for. It’s a hard pill to swallow. I will definitely be checking the roof of any vehicle I purchase in the future.

Ford of Columbia Collision did an ok job. Part might have been my fault for not inspected it when I picked it up. I was just glad to get my car back. But I have noticed some things that look off to me. As you notice, the light doesn't look broken. But when I opened hood, it looked like it's was glued together. My driver light doesn't look like that.

Great experience, for the most part! The service rep I had did a great job with communicating with me, while they had my truck. The diesel mechanic(s) got everything done in a very timely manner and I haven’t had any problems currently with any repairs they did. Only negative was they didn’t have any rentals available while they had my truck (I believe they only had one rental in circulation). The in house Platinum insurance more than paid for itself. Highly recommend it.
