Expensive for used clothing! The only upside is the store is tidy.

Just went to Columbia Goodwill and picked up a pair of shoes in a yellow tote and was told to put them down. Needless to say, I will never shop or donate there again. Also another lady was told the same thing. The young man could have also been friendlier.

I have always loved our Goodwill here in our town unfortunately lately it has been going downhill. I usually shop at Goodwill about three times a week because you never know what goodies you can find this morning I Decided to stop before I went to work. I picked up some tank tops. One of the tops didn’t have a tag on it when I got home to try it on I realized it didn’t fit along with another one as well. I took it back. Keep in mind the same day I took it back and she said she couldn’t take it back because it didn’t have a tag. I tried to explain to her when I bought it. It didn’t have a tag and they typed it in for 2.99 unfortunately, she still wouldn’t take it because of the tag was not on there. I understand it’s a policy but I literally bought it this morning second off as I’m looking through the shoes. One of the employees was stocking shoes so I looked over and looked at the bin which I’ve never had this happen before and I’ve seen so many Customers do this as well. They look at the bins as the shoes are going out she rudely said It was store policy that I couldn’t look until it was out on the floor. OK I understand that but you don’t have to be rude. I have noticed lately with a lot of the new employees They are very rude Sadly, for Goodwill, I won’t be back do better!

This was the worst goodwill experience I have EVER had! I asked the staff for the price of a table and they would not help me find a price or assist whatsoever. When I finally purchased it they loaded into my car and broke it and started laughing because I had just paid for it. I am very disappointed in this type of behavior

Friendly staff & nice selection of name brand shoes, purses & clothes. They have some top notch furniture also a lot of the time. I try & pop in for a visit at least once a week.

At some point they implemented a 3 day return policy. I'll admit I missed that at the bottom of the receipt but the fact of the matter is that they were selling a defective item. A known defective item that had been returned once before. It had two price tags on it and the cashier told me as much when I bought it. I'm sure they will put it back out to be sold because I just left it there. Go to Common Thread across town. They actually test electronics before selling them. Their prices are also way lower and they do so much more good for the community.

This is a solid Goodwill. The place is clean and not cluttered and the staff are generally great and friendly. This is among the better Goodwill stores in the area in terms of quantity and quality. However, with that "quality/quantity", the prices are fairly steep. Even with some pretty good discounts weekly, still not super cheap. Get five questionable quality dress shirts and suddenly you've paid $36 before tax.
You can go cheaper locally, but if you don't care, I recommend this place.

They make you sort through the items and place them in the correct bin at the donation center. I wasn't feeling good from a migraine and told the guy that and he said I would still have to place the items in the correct bin. I had a large box with all sorts of stuff in it. This is like self check out, doing someone else's job. I will no longer be giving this location stuff.

Won’t honor the coupon I got for donating and never ask for your number for rewards. Greedy and overpriced.
