Such a bad experience taking a rentalVehicle here. They had charged us over 350 USD for a car charger that was returned and went back and forth on different reasons for it. They were not consistent with the reasons and dates they were mentioning. Branch manager accepted that it was their mistake but still they didn’t help with the refund or giving proper updates to customer service. We were charged this additional amount after a couple of months of returning the car. After back and forth conversations with the branch and customer service, they both pointed to each other to get the issue resolved but the branch failed to give the proper update to customer service and we are left with the charges for the charger that was returned, they are not agreeing to give us the charger for which we were charged. No proper checking when dropping the vehicle, kept the returned vehicle for more than 4-5 days at the same spot but claims to have ordered the new charger after a week, after the charger was returned by us already. Just a scam to loot people of their money. Such a poor customer service and professionalism.Update: I did copy the url and it just connects to customer service over chat and you have to do the same things of giving details again and again. They do the same thing of giving the updates we already know. No point or hope with this

Use to use enterprise rent a car. But I am now a hertz man. And the Columbia hertz has made it that way for me. I get great service, and always come away very happy

The customer service with picking up the vehicle was great . Although I am disappointed with the vehicle we got , after driving every time we get back into the vehicle . We would get overwhelmed with the smell of Marijuana .

Tried calling this location about a rental in progress, was immediately put on hold and sat there waiting to talk to someone for 23 minutes. Aside from that everything was okay, and I've had good experiences with Hertz in the past, but this location definitely needs some work if they think it's okay to leave paying customers on hold for 23 minutes.

Sent me several emails confirming my reservation but less than 24 hours before my pick up time, I get a voicemail from this company saying that they will not be able to honor my reservation. Thanks for putting me into a tight spot while I’m on the plane headed to Tennessee giving me no time to make new reservations. If you enjoy poor management and panicking mid flight, this is the perfect place to take your business ?

DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL ! i’m a travel agent and a client of mine had a pick up at 5, and although this was their closing time we even called ahead to let someome know we were down the street literally 2mins away, when we got there a man was there but never came to the door even watches us pull in, i knocked he waited and then proceeded to tell me he locked the keys up at 5:01 when which we got there at 5:01 (again he saw us we parked in front of the door). he then says he is not taking us and bc he had kids to pick up, so denying us service bc you want to get off although we were on time. Then he closes the door in our face and sneaks out the backdoor. This is not the first time i had issues with them, a month before they tried to charge me extra bc of my age although as a travel agent i not only received a discount price but also have a AAA membership if you are under the age of 25 you get the age fee taken off the man (same guy) decided he wanted to go back and forth with me until i started showing proof then he kinda was trynna brush me off . I just don’t like the customer service given andhonestly he could have helped he choosed not and to close the door on a customer is UTTERLY RUDE

Left a message on phone that they had run out of cars, although my reservation had been accepted. Upon arrival at the location there were at least 8 cars in the lot, one of which was charging.

Routinely, no one available with the door locked, or a packed lobby with no associates in sight. Hours are always changing. Convenient to have a drop-off location for driving from BNA to Columbia, everything else about this location has been a headache as of late.

The hours on Google don’t reflect the hours they have posted on the door. They let me book a car for a time they weren’t even open. No one even bothered to call me to tell me to come at an earlier time. Poor customer service.

Made a reservation over a month ahead of time. Showed up to pick up the car and the office is closed, doors locked, lights off, no one answering the phone.Finally found out from a nearby branch that this one was temporarily closed, and they just didn't tell anyone who had reservations, didn't transfer them to another branch, just nothing. I was left without a car and didn't know it until it was too late to get one elsewhere. They offered nothing and no apology, I even had to chase down the refund. Possibly the worst company in existence. Stay away at ALL COSTS.

I cannot count the number of times this Hertz station has kept me waiting for long periods of time. Whoever owns this place should be booted from the Hertz brand. They are ALWAYS understaffed and short-handed. Always. The poor people who work there, alone, do the best they can but whoever runs this place obviously doesn’t care about basic customer service.

Wouldn't wait 15 minutes after 5:00 to let me pick up reservation. Enterprise is better in every way possible.
