“I come to this store a few times a month to get dog food and to use the dog washing station. The staff are always polite and friendly. They give my dogs a treat every time we visit. The pet washing station is probably the best thing about the store. I would recommend and like to see a good deep cleaning of the wash area. It’s usually pretty dirty and has been neglected for some time.”

“Thank you for your response. It's appreciated. ? Customer service is a lost art. I think people forget that customers are the reason they have a job. Make yourself available for your customer and when asked where a product is, rather then looked bothered and give an aisle number, if possible take them to it. Home Depot ranks above Lowes in this area.”

“My husband and I went here to shop the garden center and were helped by Montai and team! Montai was so great helping us with all of our questions and pointing us to the right products we needed!”
