I have been using HMP for over 2 years. I always get a great service from this company. I recently got sent a wrong part for my CPAP machine. I didn’t know there is a Columbia location which is so close to my house. I normally go to Franklin location. My problem has been resolved. Thank to Cheyenne for helping me.

Horrible experience from beginning. No one knows what’s going on. Spent almost two months trying to get correct equipment. Was over charged and my they kept my cc on file after being told not to and “accidentally “ randomly ran my debit card without authorization. One hand doesn’t know what the other is doing. The people were always nice but clear there’s no management.

Excellent care for over two years with home ventilation, however due to staffing issues, and unavailability to contact I am now going with a different company.

The first few months of my experience was good, then suddenly I couldn't get answers to phone calls or information that I need. However, they promptly call me monthly to try and sell supplies for the device which was recalled before I paid it off and has sat, unused, for over a year waiting on Philips Respironics to get through their stuff. The recall is not the fault of HMP, but the sales calls got old a year ago.

HMP was good until about 6 months ago. Then something happened to the point my wife has been unable to find anyone at the company to service her oxygen equipment. Avoid the company!!!
