Sydney and Holley are great! The tech are great also. It’s a hometown pharmacy. Yes, they are busy, but understand what they are doing for us and have some patience, give them grace. They are wonderful at what they do! I appreciate you.

I am a senior & I watch them.wait on the drive thru while they keep telling me they will be right with me. It is like 3-5 people back here. Why isn't a Krogers Headquarters just calling to see how the customer service!! It is rude & disrespectful. I call & it is on hold & cycles around for 25 minutes, so I called the Store Manager to walk over there who said no customers were there, yet all they did was put on hold again, cycle around again. By the time the pharmacist came, it was ridiculous how long it was. CVS is justore innovative & I know they have more customers. Krogers need to note how they manager.

I commute from Nashville to come to this Kroger out of loyalty, but that ended today. After being told twice to wait an additional 45 minutes past when I was told My medication would be ready. They tell me at the very last minute that they are out of the medication‘s entirely.
Only come to this pharmacy if you want zero communication and lack of problem-solving skills, Otherwise, I highly recommend going across this street for your pharmacy needs

On 30/31/25, at12:16pm, I was at the Kroger located at 845 Nashville Highway Columbia, TN 38401. I came to pick up my prescriptions at the pharmacy. I stood in line. This young was extremely busy outside of her job description. She was busy talking to others instead of calling me up to the counter. Statistically, customers must wait in line until a customer service representative says next in line, please. It took her a while to acknowledge me. When I finally got to the counter, I asked the young lady a general question. I asked her do they accepted the CVS insurance card. She initially said she wasn't for sure then said I would have to run the card through a database.
I asked to speak to the pharmacist, for more clarity and a prompted response. The pharmacist spoke to me like I was an outcast. She said in a hostile manner, like she said, we have to run the card through a database to check the status. I don't know her name, but I do know she is a racist. Every time her staff does something wrong to people of color, she defends their actions. I had the same problem with another young lady a month ago. I will be relocating to a private pharmacy. I'm not obligated to put up with not being acknowledge so I can pick up my medication and a racist that fully supports it.

Prescription supposed to be ready for morning pick up, it wasn't. Finally get a text saying It was ready. I get there but hey, they're closed because apparently they all have to eat lunch at the same time. That's the definition of ridiculous. Not even close to the first incident. Gotten the ready for pick up text on more than one occasion only to find out they didn't even have what I needed in stock to begin with. I'll be looking into different pharmacies and so should you.

Energetic staff goes out of their way to help, lowest prices in town with kroger discount program (in my exp. cheaper than GoodRx), they fill meds in minutes not hours, and drive-thru pickup is convenient too (lost 1 star for not giving dog treats).

They do not answer the phone. I have made multiple wasteful trips for my prescription not to be ready. When they were suppose to have it filled the day prior to pick up.Always an excuse of short staffed. Staff is rude.

Pharmacist and techs at this location have to be the worst example of customer service. Only happy to find the Kroger south location is not affiliated with this store.

There is an issue getting our prescriptions nearly every month. Have had to go without seizure medication because they did not have enough to fill entire scrip and would not give a day or 2 worth of meds to hold us over even though they have done this in the past. Ordered refill on a friday, they told us pick up in an hour, still no medication on Monday. .Very tired of dealing with them.

Was in line at the drive thru to drop off a script for 15 min. When we finally approached the window. She lowered the shade in our face. I am certain they can see how many cars are in line with the mirror. So I went inside as the 3 were coming out. The head Pharmacist said "we close ate 5". I told her what just happened in the drive thru. She didn't care. It was 503 when I went inside. So now I have to make another trip just to drop off the prescription and I do not live close. This is not customer service. She could have apologized and then sat it on the counter and gotten it tomorrow. Don't inconvenience the customer. I have a choice of what pharmacy I use. I worked in the medical field all my life and I would have never done this to a patient. EVER!
