Poor customer service and runaround. In the process of building a house and have purchased a significant amount of money on items to complete at Lowe's. I went to purchase a corner shower kit. The associate, who obviously wasn't too enthused about helping me or with their job, advised me that the installation of the door could be left or right opening. Installed the pan and walls. Getting to the glass door, the installation is specifically one direction, which in turn is the opposite I need for the space. I reached out to Lowe's, they send me to the manufacturer, who informs me that it can only be installed one direction. They send me back to Lowe's who then sends me to their installation team. The installation representative was very polite and understanding. The rep informs me that due to the timeframe of my purchase and return policy that it would be entirely up to the store to allow me to return/exchange this product, and would reach out to a manager to return my call to discuss this. A day and a half passes by and no call. I call the store, the associate transfer me to the assistant manager who informs me rudely that they cannot help me and the manager would not be back for 5 days.
Update: As requested, I called the number to discuss a solution. I spoke with a representative and explained the situation once again and they were unable to give me any solution. Very polite, but had no idea of how to resolve this. The call dropped twice, but both times the representative returned my call. The representative transferred me to someone else and I had to explain the entire situation once again. The call dropped due to bad cell reception. At this point, I have come to the realization that I stuck with this shower kit. No one wants to have a bad experience when trying to complete projects, and no one wants to have to repeat the situation over and over to get transferred to someone else to get the same answer. I have always shopped at Lowe's for construction and home improvement needs, but I will not return to Lowe's based on this experience.

Instead of stopping thieves, they have followed the path of many other businesses in locking up products that people need to get jobs done only to fail to provide associates to unlock the products for honest paying customers.

Went to Lowes to look for a new dishwasher and had the most amazing experience with Sydney! She dos a great job asking probing questions to determine my needs and ensure she was showing me products that were right for me. She is extremely knowledgeable and anticipated my questions before I even knew I needed to ask them! Sydney will be my go-to girl for all my major appliance needs!

Purchased 2 Breathe Smart air purifiers on 6-2-24 . Tag in store said $249 didn’t notice until later was charged $269 so I figured I would just come back next week in app it says $249 until 6-25 !!!! Well they have changed sign to $269 ! Manager no help don’t care if they lose me as a customer or not the way she acted !!! Store rather have the $40 + tax than keep me as a customer !! I see you replied to my review hahahaha !!!! I left my name and phone number and sorry manager that could’ve took care of the problem didn’t want too ! And it seems like you don’t either y’all have lost my business !!! Home Depot is only 1 or 2 miles xtra but that’s ok! I’m going to be remodeling a bathroom so that’s few thousand you’ll lose while I know it won’t hurt y’all ! But you’re bunch of liars!!!

The employees at this location are the absolute worst at their job. It doesn't matter when we go they are the most incompetent from the customer service desk to lumber, lighting and plumbing. I don't know how they're still open
