Custom ordered a car and gave them a (significant) deposit, then received a call almost 6 months later that they weren't able to build the car. Took another month, asking multiple times for the money back and an impromptu visit in order to just get the deposit back. On top of that, the overall environment dealer-side felt very unwelcoming and the person I worked with was rude throughout the entire process.On the other hand, they have a very hospitable, efficient, and knowledgeable service department!

I have had nothing but terrible experiences with this dealership.Firstly, I wanted to buy an 24 3500 DRW. They unfortunately didn't have any instock and said that they will soon. The salesman told me that they were having a black DRW coming inbound. I told him I wanted it and it was now a waiting game. I was checking in with the salesman weekly. And then randomly, he texts me telling me the inbound 3500 was sold, he sold it right from underneath me!I found a 3500 DRW in a neighboring state.Fast forward to service appointments.1st service appointment. They needed to replace my brake booster. Scheduled the service, they replaced it. I pick up the truck and find that the tech had paired his phone to my stereo and messed with all of my settings. I ended up having to reset to defaults to put things back to where I wanted them. And then when I went to refuel the truck, I was cleaning the windshield when I noticed that the 2nd battery tie-down brackets and bolts were sitting on my cowl. Took it back and they bolted them back on2nd service appointment. Scheduled the first oil change. I get a notification that there is a fuel injector recall that needs to be done. I call back to dealership and ask if they can do the recall during the oil change. They said yes. I ask if this is something they can do while I wait in the lobby or if I need to drop off the truck. They said drop off. I live 1 hour away from the dealership, so I had to orchestrate this with my wife to follow me down. As soon as I get home, they call me saying the truck is done with the oil change and that the injector recall wasn't done because there was no diesel tech that day and that I would need to reschedule! This was very upsetting as I just wasted 4 hours of my day driving back and forth with my wife and kids. I had the fuel injector recall done elsewhere. And yet again, my radio was messed with. This time the tech enabled the XM satellite radio app and messed with my EQ settings!3rd and last appointment. I scheduled an appointment to get a popping noise addressed with the third brake light/spoiler on the cab. I showed them how to reproduce it, I showed them how to listen for it. I explained it happens more frequently during hot sunny days. 4 days go by, they claim they can't reproduce it and that they need more time. I suggested that I come down and show them yet again. The next day, I am running errands with my son that required me to go to Columbia. I stop by the dealership to see how my truck was doing. It was late, almost 6 pm, I didn't know the service department was already closed. I found my truck in the front of the dealership, with my doors unlocked. Anyone could have opened my doors and taken various items from my console, my personal information from registration, or vandalized my truck. I immediately talk to the GM of the dealership and said this is not acceptable. He calls the service writer to ask what is going on with my service appointment. I agree to coming to the dealership on a sunny warm day to reproduce the issue in front of them. Initially we agreed to Tuesday, but the weather changed. So I call back and said Wednesday at noon. Well, once again, I take my wife and kids down to the dealership to do this on Wednesday. I show up at 12:05pm. The service writer was gone for the day and the tech wasnt there. I told them that I was done and wanted my truck back. They couldn't find my keys! I waited there for 30minutes while they looked for my keys. They finally found them in there service manager's office, sitting on his desk. I leave the dealership, and within 3 minutes, I'm hearing the pop pop pop of the noise.I am outraged. Literally every single contact, visit, and experience with this dealership has been awful!I called Chevy consumer affairs and filed a complaint against this dealership. This is not how to treat customers. I have spent $90k on this truck, and it's being treated like it's nothing. No regard. I will never return to this dealership.I hope this complaint and negative review is read b

I had my 1st oil change. Scheduling the service was easy and when I got to service, TJ provided great service. He was very informative of the type of service, and was able to assist to schedule a later pick up time.I greatly appreciate TJ's support.

No-pressure, didn't feel rushed.Trustworthy.They listened to me.Quick and painless — the dealership made the process easy.Quick and clear communication. I would recommend Stan McNabb 100%. Brandon M. was absolutely great to work with!! He answered all my questions on his own time at home while he was not at work. A great team to work with.

Great experience, Chris was awesome! Very helpful throughout the process, gave us several options and suggestions to help us get what we want. We had a bad experience at another chevy dealership. Coming to Stan McNabb was a welcome change. Would definitely come back!

I was in a bind and needed to purchase a vehicle. I looked into other places for a vehicle but no one responded in a good timeframe. I saw one that I liked online and inquired about it. Julia reached out to me as soon as she could to answer any and all questions I had. They brought me in to look at the car and test it out. Kountry Boy got me taken care of and got me in the car i wanted ! The staff was very kind and welcoming! Will be referring friends to y'all.

I can’t say enough good things about McNabb Chevrolet! First off, Laura was amazing to work with. She is the salesperson that worked with me, and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a vehicle. She answered all of my questions with an honest opinion, and I never felt pressured. After buying the vehicle, she still made sure to show me all the features of the car and took her time to explain everything before I drove off the lot. I truly can’t recommend her enough.Secondly, Daryl was the sweet man who did the final cleaning and wash of my vehicle after purchasing it before I drove off the lot with it. They had told me someone was cleaning it as I was finishing up paperwork. As I was waiting in the lobby, Daryl came up to me and asked if the vehicle looked how I wanted it to. He had the biggest smile and I was so impressed that he went out of his way to make sure I was okay with everything.Last but definitely not least, Brooke is another great asset to the team. She’s with the finance department, and she explained everything throughly. If I had a question, she had an answer.Again, I can’t can’t say enough good things about McNabb Chevrolet. You can tell they truly care about their customers and employees!

Very good communication. The service department stayed in touch throughout the process with me just like they said they would. Most importantly, they didn’t do anything without talking to me first, which has not always been my experience at other service departments.

Kountry boy was great, no complaints with him when buying my new car. However, when they took my car to wash it they put three scratches in it. I brought it back for them to buff them out and it was still there, with new additional scratches on it. The people dealing with cleaning/buffing the cars need to be more careful, this is inexcusable. When I showed the manager he said he saw nothing, and I had to take pictures of them on my phone for him to see. And then offered to repaint my car instead, which would fix absolutely nothing.

The entire team has once again went above expectations from the sales manager Matt, along with the general manager and Laura in sales are the best to work with. This team ensures that they not only meet expectations but exceeds expectations as well. This is my 4th new vehicle bought from Stan McNabb. It’s nice to tell them what you are looking for and they do their best to get you in the vehicle at the your price request.Don’t waste your time at the corporate owned dealerships. I chose Stan McNabb Cadillac for servicing our 2021 XT5 after reading a few reviews. It paid off, A.J. and everyone in the service dept was very professional & polite, everything was done for the price quoted to me over the phone. I will return and most definitely recommend their service department.

This dealer is fantastic! The nicest people ever. Service is great, the management is top notch. Don't pay attention to any negative reviews, they don't understand how technicians/auto dealerships work. They want a "diagnostic" done but don't want to pay for it! If you have a "noise" or an "oil leak", those take time to find. So while the tech spends 4 hours trying to find your problem, do you expect it for free? He could be actually doing work and making a dollar. Don't expect free! As far as sales go, there's no bait and switch. Buying a car, no matter where you go isn't an easy thing. There are SO many factors and extras that come up. I've found this dealership to be nothing but honest and forthcoming.
