Poor service after the sale. Didnt do what they promised and had to go back to them three times and it took more than a month after the purchase. I had to do major cleanup on the car after they failed to detail it and I had to remove the overspray when they attempted to fix and paint some minor scratches. It took me several days of hard work. If not for my wife wanting her car, I would have sent it back to them again to fix it correctly. They also screwed up my registration and i had to get it done myself. I would avoid buying from this place at all costs. Typical car dealership that you can't trust . Sad!!

Absolutely the most unprofessional individuals running this dealership. Drove out of state to purchase a vehicle and the vehicle did not ck out as they said it would. Dealership also submitted paperwork with the agreement it would not be done until vehicle was inspected in person. vehicle underside looked like it was in a flood. inside was terrible and the bed of the truck uneven as if wrecked. bed of truck damaged with a new bedliner installed over with a 5th wheel. long story short store manager sad I was nothing but a DICK on the phone.

Best experience at a dealership ever. Lisa and Robert gave an A+ purchasing experience. Easiest transaction of my life. I would do it again tomorrow.

Came in for an oil change and to have them look at a warranty issue. They fixed the warranty issue but forgot to change the oil. It’s all good, and they changed the oil.

We have bought numerous vehicles from Parks Motors thru the years. After an accident totaled our vehicle, we came back to see Robert Rodgers and team. We were shown several vehicles and got to test drive several. We narrowed it down to something that we were very comfortable in the Buick Envista. Justin worked with us the first day. After that we came back and James, Robert , and Steve McCarthy handled our purchase. We were not at any point rushed. We told the team what we wanted and they made it happen. Constant communication. The minute you walk in the door you are treated like family. No question is left unanswered. If you are in the market for a car please go see this team. You will not regret it. Thanks guys!

Upon entering, my parents and I were immediately greeted by Lisa. After months of looking for the perfect vehicle (and months of dealing with salespeople that disregarded my budget, my “must have” list, and my opinions), Lisa was a breath of fresh air! She immediately took into consideration all of my thoughts and priorities and found the perfect vehicle for me. She pulled up a GMC Terrain up to the door for me to look at, explained all the features thoroughly and allowed me space to see if this was truly the car for me. I was able to test drive the Terrain and loved it immediately! Upon my return, I let Lisa know that I had a couple of cars to see at another dealership, but I would call her one way or the other. Lisa was very gracious and understanding of this. Ultimately, nothing compared to the Terrain and no one compared to Lisa, so I came back to Parks to purchase my Terrain. The purchasing process was quick, seamless and “pain free” compared to my previous experiences purchasing vehicles. Lisa explained in detail my GMC app, helped me set up OnStar, and answered all of my questions. It was truly an amazing experience!

Great service at Parks Motor sales. I booked my service on Line and handed my Keys to Ms. Emmit at the door. She was very personable and professional. I highly recommend Parks for your vehicle maintenance needs

Wish I could give negative stars! Worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with. Go anywhere else.

I have had multiple issues here and only now has it gotten to a point where I need to review:
1sr issue happened almost 2yrs ago. The Acadia had a transmission shutter with the torque converter. It had been replaced under warranty previously as this was a known issue with this model. It started doing the shutter again, so I brought it in, explained it was the torque converter again. The mechanic couldn’t “recreate it” but said that since it had ~70,000 miles on it, that it was the fuel system that needed to be flushed. I disagreed, however they refused to test it
again until it was flushed, so $700 for the flush later and the shutter still existed. After taking it back 2 more times they finally agreed it was the converter. It was very clear they did not want to do it because it was covered under warranty and they weren’t going to be paid the hours they wanted for a converter change. After fighting with them, it finally happened.
2nd issue was about 6 months ago. The Acadia’s main screen was glitching and acting strange. I asked them to take a look, they said they think it could be from the battery being low. I disagreed that the glitchy behavior could be from low energy in the battery, but they insisted, so $400 battery later and the issue with the screen still exists. Decidedly fed up with the run around I decided against the $1,800 to replace the entire screen module because they also said they couldn’t guarantee that would fix the issue either. So this is still pending.
3rd issue happened today. Standard oil change apt. I was approached by the service advisor that our cabin air and engineer air filters were dirty. I immediately had an issue with the engineer air filter because I had installed a K&N air filter and they were showing me a dirty OEM filter. I installed the K&N a little over 2yrs ago - I still have the receipt from when it was purchased. Since I had moved to TN I have only ever had this car serviced by Parks - I guess against better judgement at this point. I explained to the advisor that I had a K&N and that I am shocked to see an OEM filter in there. Advisor looked through the service records and said “we don’t have record of us changing a filter for you” OBVIOUSLY YOU WOULDN’T! I would have told you “No do not change it since I have a K&N!”. At this point this obviously isn’t going to go anywhere and I needed to leave. I told them to replace the cabin filter but leave the engine filter. Go to get the bill for service and they charged $55 for just the cabin air filter. The advisor had said it was $59 for both when I was originally approached. Needing to leave and completely fed up I paid the service and left. I am so over Parks at this point.
It is such a shame the experiences I have had with this place as I was hoping to support the GMC Columbia location. I would be open to hearing from someone who can actually solve problems vs. just research “stuff” in the computer. My K&N airfilter disappearing after only having Parks service my vehicle is what has sent me over the edge and lead to this review.
I have omitted the service advisors name intentionally - as I realize they are just messenger at times, however the $55 for a cabin filter when I was told $59 for both is dishonest.
Hoping to hear from leadership on this.
Ryan
