Petsense by Tractor Supply is a pet supply store that offers a broad selection of competitively priced natural pet foods and supplies, as well as professional grooming and dog training services. Staff are super friendly and patient, especially when a nervous dog needed a tag after being picked up from a shelter. The shop also stocks plants, unexpected merch from practical to cute and whimsicle, and even baby chicks, so shoppers may be pleasantly surprised. A young lady, who is knowledgeable about her job and about animals and products, is often praised for going out of her way to help. Though the store is smaller than Petco and PetSmart, many find the prices lower. One customer noted that a dog’s poop was left uncleaned for a while, but staff were nice overall.
I have been bringing my dogs to petsense in Columbia for several years now. We have always had such a great experience. I have always felt comfortable and safe with my dogs going there. Kimmie always treats them so well and is so patient. The whole staff is amazing!
