Terrible. I guess I left my phone in the bathroom stall or the dressing room, not sure. Someone was nice enough to bring it to the front. Which I appreciate! BUT I don't appreciate the planet fitness workers at COLUMBIA TN location though. The worker charged my phone and tried random passwords out until she figure out my phone password. Mind you, my phone wasnt even dead coming into planet fitness, which means they stayed on my phone until it died then tried to recharge it. She went through my apps and everything! Mind you, I haven't even been at planet fitness for very long, I just had walked in. I could see if the phone was left for days, or weeks and your trying to see who's it is so you can return it. But it hadn't even been 30 mins since someone found it.
The worker came in the locker room to tell me she unlocked my phone, telling me my password and that she went through it, calling me by my full name. She was laughing about it...... I said that's invasion of privacy! I feel violated. just because I left my phone, doesn't mean y'all can try different passwords out and go through it like noisy werid people. They have a lost and found box. Drop it in there and LEAVE IT ALONE. They had it charging in the front & unlocked going through my CELL PHONE. INSANE. DONT COME HERE! THEY THINK GOING THROUGH OTHER PEOPLES PHONE IS OK. I HAVE PHOTOS AND STUFF THAT IS PRIVATE ON MY PHONE. WHY WOULD THEY THINK THATS OK AT ALLL IS BEYOND ME. If the workers at this location is THAT bored y'all need to find a bathroom stall to clean or wipe down all those dirty equipment! Find something else to do, instead of standing at the front desk, going through other people's cellphones !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Plenty dirty equipment at this location. This location is childish and immature. Don't come here. Such a WERID experience at this location. I've left my phone before inside planet fitness at other locations and never ever had someone go through it ........ This location is just foul. This old white man was holding my phone at the front, mind you the manager was in the front with the old man who had it charging! after the girl had went through it and told everyone my password. Looking through my photos and everything, disgusting workers! I told the manager, he did absolutely nothing about it. The manager was standing next to the man charging my phone. THE MANAGER OF THIS PLANET FITNESS. I EMAILED WHO THEY SAID TO EMAIL AND IT JUST SAYS SPEAK TO THE MANAGER. THIS LOCATION IS RAN BY FOUL UNTRUSTWORTHY NOISY LAZY WORKERS. DIRTY GYM

I was extremely impressed that after only seeing a worker a handful of times she started addressing me by name when she seen me. They must-see so very many people every day so this made me feel so good that she took the time to remember my name and address me by it when I came in. I even took the time to tell her manager how much that meant to me.

Maintain the massage chairs better I shouldn't have to hover at the front desk waiting every time because multiple things are broken.

The manager is totally Lost and always charging your account late fees when its Auto draft..the gym is nasty,, bathroom is nasty..this should be voted worse gym in Tennessee

The manager has no clue on what is going on and gets caught in a lie alot...she will charge you late fees because she didn't do her job..the past year the gym went to TRASH especially on the weekends.i have cancelled My contract because she's is not trustworthy and members better watch there accounts are she will get you

I did have a good review from this gym but how has My opinion has changed... This gym is just used for the senior citizens to have a place to meet and stand around on the equipment and just talk..you can't work out the gym has went down Hill the past several months now...was a Great place to workout and now its just a meeting place..how I regret trying to stay at this gym..the manager is not trustworthy she can't even Auto draft out your account until it's 45 dollars and then All of a sudden it will Go through..what a lie.. I'm posting everything on all my social media sites. And the person who says owner why would we contact the manager she's the whole problem.. wake up

I love this gym. All of the staff are friendly and seem to be hard workers. They know what I am there for before I get checked in. Great job guys! Keep up the good work!
