I called to make sure I had the right address (which I didnt) Did most everything on line. Process was easy and even got 2 Mos free! Easy Peasy! Lady was very helpful and friendly.

I've had a unit here for 6 or 7 months. I got to say I didn't exactly have the greatest expectations going into this deal considering the web special rate they gave me as well as 2 months free, I assumed the place must be a dump, but I figured I'd try it out it's hard to beat free (Although pricing really wasn't a major concern for me) . Timing, however, was a concern. I was able to sign myself up, pay for it, recieve the lease agreement through an email and sign it, get my gate code and lock all within a couple hours without having to leave my office. That convenience is hard to beat. I recently met the manager for the first time and she seems great, friendly yet professional. Overall I'd say it's about as good as I could hope for. The only gripe I could come up with is that it closes at 10 P.M. I wish it was open a little later but this isn't not a deal breaker for me. Thank You SROA and Thank You Julie
