This branch took a TN Id and selected an account with no other proof this was the account holder. Turns out it was MY account they took $400 from and handed my money to a complete stranger. This branch is lazy and ignorant. I highly recommend avoiding them and constantly checking your account. It will take at least 30 days for them to fix their huge breach of privacy and get my money back to me. Received no apology from the teller that just handed my money out.

This has been the best banking experience of my adult life. I relocated from Florida and opened an account with another local bank that turned into a disaster. I switched to Regions and was pleased with the "hometown" service with "big city" tools and leverage. I have specifically been very impressed by Justin Shores out of the Columbia office. He has since assisted me with account setup, financial planning, money goals and successfully starting a small business. He was very helpful and informative.
